Why heal womb? There are multiple layers to the answers of this question. Some include… The womb is a portal filled with creative potential. We have within us a portal that is not only able to manifest physical life but also our desires into reality. The womb is our feminine crown. J O Y I think theres a very particular image most people unconsciously associate “joy” with. Except… You can’t express joy wrong. It’s impossible. And yet, I think many of you feel you haven’t found joy yet or can’t experience true joy because it doesn’t fit that preconceived image. Is joy really just about being bubbly, peppy, loud, and excited? Maybe that’s not what your joy looks like. Or maybe thats what your joy looks like some of the time. For example: The same amount of joy can be felt watching a beautiful sunset as it can at your favorite band’s concert. The way joy is expressed through you may look completely different, BUT does that make one experience more joyful than the other? Absolutely not. I say this as someone who helps people find their own genuine raw expression—how to move like you, how to sound like you. These practices intertwine and ripple out into all aspects of life, including how to express JOY like YOU. Joy isn’t one-size-fits-all. It is as diverse and unique as any person who experiences it. It’s about tapping into what truly makes you feel alive and connected to the moment. So, permission to find your own expression of joy, and revel in it fully, regardless of how it differs from anyone else’s perception.
