This is cold patch. It’s used for filling potholes. Or other things. This is 350lbs so not too much. Yes today I am filling potholes. Why am I telling you this? I’m 52 years old. As I was walking out of the store to load these into my truck there was a gentleman in his 70s I would guess walking out in front of me. He had two bags of potting soil. Maybe 10lbs? Total. He needed help carrying these out. He said to the young man helping him, “It’s rough getting old”. Now I can’t say what may have happened to him in his life and I can’t say what may happen to me the next 20 years. But I sure as hell know that by maintaining my health and especially muscle mass has a serious impact on quality of life. If you are not performing some sort of exercise with resistance training currently please start.
