I've been staring at this tube of JWICK + Vertex V1 switches for a while now! I knew they'd sound fantastic in an aluminum board and wanted to try a flex cut! Chose the new Weikav Lucky65 and it paired well with the switches (except the north-facing spacebar socket). Mini Review/Rant: how am I supposed to believe she has a Ph.D? First off the writing is terrible no creativity at all, full of cringy dialogue that reads like random social media posts, I was bored from the start but skimmed forward to see if it would improve but the writing style was simply irritating for me to continue. DNF at 40% : : : Minor spoilers!! Skimmed the rest to know the ending but made the mistake of reading a couple of the spicy scenes and all I can say is WTF I am usually lenient with fluffy romance but how did this one get published? The MC was very monotonous and had every cliche thrown at her, Cliches are not always a bad thing but I felt like this had everything but the kitchen sink in it to make it seem relatable it became just annoying. Wasn't convinced she was a genius and a university teacher when she literally ran from a confrontation, is she a 12-year-old teenager? That is not how 27-year-old adults behave. She also has diabetes but does not take care of herself like a grown woman. My grandmother had diabetes her whole life nothing portrayed here about it made any sense, was just used as a plot device with no research to back it up. PS: I enjoy cheese and still like Twilight despite its flaws but she never stops obsessing and debating people about them like a teenager.

Still here 👋 . Was going to diet for my holiday but then I realised this week I got a body weight squat clean and completed most of my workouts Rx so I gave myself a shake and ate my carbs 🙃. Joking aside, I am still struggling with holding onto a smaller me. 6 months since I stepped off stage and it’s not plain sailing. I didn’t appreciate how summer approaching would make me feel. Society tells us to be smaller even louder around this time of year 🔊. After some honest reflection with myself, my food probably needs to be higher to meet my energy needs. I am at best on the borderline of balance and still have signs (mood/cycle/sleep/digestion) that my body needs more. Dieting would not only throw me backwards in terms of recovery, stunt/regress my progress physically and mentally, but would continue to jeopardise my health. I would be dieting to “feel better” on holiday at the cost of feeling worse every other damn day. Plus actually, dieting into a holiday and heading into it food and body focused is one sure way to not feel better on holiday! Better to spend the time appreciating this body for the machine it is 🔥! I call BS!! The medical system is flawed. The beginning of the opioid epidemic started from a company called BAYER. The same company who makes aspirin. The insurance system is so flawed that they continue to treat pain with prescriptions. Even up to this day , when I listen to CE on pain management, by the american association of addiction, they only mention alternative pharmaceuticals as secondary pain treatments to NSAIDs and opioids. Not ONE time do they mention life saving, altering, EFFECTIVE physical medicine strategies. Think about this, who is making money off of drugs and who would make money off of non-pharmaceuticals? Who is benefiting from you having your symptoms treated by a bandaid, to which you can never come off of because you have no other options? When providers try to treat, they are required to follow "pre-authorization" guidelines, including LIMITING visits to 6-12 or similar scenarios for treatments. I once asked an insurance rep why this was, and they responded by saying "it prevents providers from taking advantage of the system", "preventing providers from doing maintenance therapies". I almost fell off my chair at the hypocrisy of this statement. Patients need to be aware of why their benefits are limited, and think a little bit further into who is making these guidelines? They are certainly not providers, and they are not people who want you to actually get better. If our medical system truly care about pain management, decreasing use of opioids, they would be INCREASING not limiting alternative pain options. Hello, everyone... No new arts today... but I have some news that is utterly stupid... and a bit of a rant. So, someone on twitter (which I am not in... that place is utter fire... Thank goodness) just said that new episodes of #theloudhouse will be migrating to the #nicktoons channel... And I am not happy... at all. The reason why is because that the Nicktoons channel is infamously known for where Nickelodeon's best cartoons are banished to so where they can die a miserable death of cancelation. As an animation fan and a cartoonist, this is utterly disrespectful. As a Loud House fan, I am outraged. I've been with this show for almost 8 to 9 years now and this is how a show I've followed since the start is treated with at the end? I'm insulted. to anyone at @nickelodeon, @nickanimation or @paramountco who might be seeing this, I ask this nicely... Reverse this decision please. A little late posting. I’ve enjoyed my newer friendships with women. As we age, friendships are hard to find, but they’re harder to keep because like most relationships they take work through the good times, the bad times, & the disagreeable times. When friendships are young, they can disappear easier. I’ve experienced many friendships with women where I was only meant to learn from them and grow. To my surprise, I too, am still thought of from a short time spent together. It was great speaking with this woman and its even greater getting to know her from a distance. Pour eux, je suis le vilain petit canard, celle qui a foutu en l’air la vie de l’autre. Beim R+ Training wird unerwünschtes Verhalten nicht einfach nur wegignoriert und überall ein Keks reingeschoben. Und autoritatives Training ist nicht strafbasiert und Strafe bedeutet auch nicht gleich Gewalt. Es ist so müßig, seit Jahren immer die selben Vorurteile und Totschlagargumente zu lesen. Die Diskussionen drehen sich im Kreis. Und nicht, weil es nichts Neues zu besprechen gäbe, sondern weil die Menschen auf beiden Seiten einfach hart uninformiert über die Ansätze der jeweils anderen „Seite“ sind. Also Leute, BITTE: Wenn ihr an diesem Diskurs teilnehmen wollt, dann informiert euch doch einfach mal! Besonders, wenn ihr euch als Trainer*innen/Expert*innen bezeichnet, dann beschäftigt euch doch bitte mal mit der Materie. Wenn ich noch einmal „Keksewerfer“ oder „Machtmissbrauch“ lesen muss, dann kotze ich. Im Strahl. Man kann zu den jeweiligen Ansätzen stehen, wie man will, aber es ist doch echt nicht zu viel verlangt, sich wenigstens mal die Basics zu Gemüte zu führen, bevor man sich an Diskussionen beteiligt und/oder andere Menschen verurteilt.
