Do you know who you are? The practice of sitting with oneself and coming into One with wholeness is not about perfecting our skills or knowledge. Rather, the practice and rituals themselves guide us ever deeper into knowing who we truly are through becoming one with the bowl of Tea, one with Dao, in the same way that the rain and sunlight, moonlight and starlight are one with the trees that gave us the Leaves that became this Tea in our bowl. That numinous void where all there is exists. When we know ourselves, our conviction, our presence and power is non-circumstantial. When we know ourselves, we are willing to surrender the mental struggles and know-it-all mind, our protective mechanisms and open up to receive love like never before. We lose our driving mind and allow ourselves to enjoy the experience of the unknown. We are willing to let go of controlling circumstances because we can fully be present to the journey with a deep knowing that everything is divine, with no exceptions. When we know who truly are － that which is a divine expression embodied...
