Kicking off my first Power Hour Bootcamp Transformation w/ @angel_n_sup ๐๐ผ๐คฉ๐ช๐ป๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ I started running the Hammond Bootcamp Mon. 3/11, and that was our first group photo on left! Photo on right is from yesterday, 66 days into her bootcamp journey with me!๐ช๐ป She has literally shown up to every Session, every class, 2x/wk since 3/11, except 1, and in addition to class, outside of class, she has shown up hard to every active community event weโve done as a fitfam - Color Run, Northshore Heart Walk, she biked 8 miles this weekend w/ her husband. Sheโs in boxing class on nights sheโs not with me. She is always DOWN for anything fun, which I love! Sheโs actively practicing & studying nutrition, shes supporting and inspiring others, and her body is changing! Iโm so proud of all sheโs invested to make big changes for her life so she can do all the active things with family & grandkids๐๐๐ป And a perfect example of the scale isnt the full story, so dont get fixated only on a scale number. B/c she was frustrated the number wasnt moving much, but I came to her one day showing her the first bootcamp photo, and I was like, โYou are not the same as the woman on day 1!โ๐ฅ โ๏ธ Also!
