We are celebrating two amazing women making a big difference! Ms. Paloma, founder of Bag and Block in Spain created sustainable lego bags that are not only eco-friendly but also provide employment for people with severe and prolonged disabilities. It's been a year and three months since we partnered with them and our members with intellectual and developmental disabilities are loving the chance to be part of this unique project. Each bag takes about three hours to make, a true labor of love! Huge thanks to our friend Ms. Doris Tuor from Switzerland, a long-time supporter of Sristi who recently travelled all the way to purchase a bag made by our community members. @ehs_international_chris_mee under the leadership of its Training Director Mary Foley, recently conducted a vital training program at the Ringaskiddy Community Centre. This initiative trained 11 locals as Cardiac First Responders over four evenings.
