A little glimpse into life lately. I wasn’t feeling the greatest this week and these moments brought me life! 1. Out Co-Founder Dave came all the way from NJ to get a reading with Frank and took our new stand-in singing bowl for a ride! Book a Sound Shower with Jess this week to get a complete energy reset. 2. We had @babesinbusinesslongisland at @spiritandsoulstudio for Breakfast Club and we had a great time! 3. Last Monday was beautiful and I got to nap outside with the kids and the pup before heading back to @spiritandsoulstudio for the live sale 4. This @rebeccacampbell_author quote on the @spiritandsoulstudio window really spoke to me this week 5. Gavin had his Band concert and it was awesome! I’m so proud of this kid! 6. I hosted a Goddess Circle to meet Isis at @spiritandsoulstudio . It was a surreal moment because I used to host these circles from my home wishing for a space and this was my first one in my manifested space. I had tears for sure! Never give up! 7. My Uncle came in from Seattle and my mom cooked a big dinner. We found these little thief’s digging into the chicken cutlets before dinner! 8. @manifestingdaydreams opened her own boutique this weekend. As part of my Grow Your Biz community and Spirit + Soul community, seeing Alli manifest her dream was a win for me too! So excited for her! 9. I don’t usually do posts like these, but I figured, what the hey! Why not do a photo/video dump of my morning? Earlier today, I was feeling really low vibe. I was laying in bed, but not tired. One of the biggest parts of healing is finding acceptance in the part we played in the creation of our own life and the forgiveness of the ones who negatively impacted us. Reflections from the liminal space, as I wait for my baby to join me Earth-side. I’m now 39 weeks. ☁️ The liminal space is the place in-between, usually the days before a life-changing event. It’s like being suspended in time and space… The human mind is always focused on the outcome, and it’s the same for birth. The liminal space gets neglected. 💎 BUT, it’s in the liminal space that we set the stage for the show and learn to deal with the discomfort of the unknown. ❌ We don’t know the outcome. ❌ We can’t control the outcome. ❌ We can’t predict the outcome. These last days have been hard. The level of physical, mental, and emotional discomfort is high PLUS previous birth trauma… ‼️As a mom coach and healer, let me be clear: We never fully heal, but we CAN heal layers of trauma and take power away from it. As I get closer to this birth, flashbacks of my first birth, feeling powerless in the hospital, come to haunt me sometimes… I don’t linger in those spaces. The fear is present, but it’s softened because I learned to love myself right where I’m at. 💎 The unknown is also an opportunity to open up to the infinite possibilities that exist in the quantum and receive more than you think it’s possible.
