It drives me nuts when I sometimes hear from extroverts, "Oh! You help introverts become more extroverted." Uh, no. The idea is that we are just the way we are. 😊 Extroverted marketing approaches don't work for us because it's too exhausting. For example, sometimes extroverts tell me they'd be open to doing 3 talks/week even (in person). It feels exhausting just hearing that. Networking or going to events where there are lots of people? Sometimes too much noise & stimulation is a bit much for us. Also, just because we're an introvert doesn't mean we are always wallflowers. Here's a secret you may not know: when we are wallflowers, we are actually very observant & aware :) Here's to introvert power ❤️
