💝One thing that always stands out in the support group is the connection and compassion the women show towards each other 💝 Todays session, seemed to focus on tuning into noticing that just because we maybe peri / post menopausal does not mean, that all our experiences in relationships, whether it be work, family, partners or friends are menopause related. 🧘‍♀️Taking a few moments to centre yourself, breathe and notice where the overwhelm, anxiety or low mood stems from. Don’t assume it’s your fault / hormones / lost your mind - check in and think is this a menopause symptom or is there something else going on 🧘‍♀️ ✅ Check in with a friend or colleague, to check if what you’re feeling has a non menopause reason for being present.
