RDL form💜🤝🏼 By no means is my form perfect, and I’m not a expert in any way, but here’s a few tips I like to keep in mind when I do RDLs🥹they are by far one of my favourite exercises! 💜make use of straps and a belt. The belt will protect your lower back and the straps make is so much easier to grip! 💜feet hip width apart 💜slight bend in knees 💜spine in neutral position, keep neck in line with spine and hinge hips back (closing a door with your bum) 💜slow and steady wins the race 💜keep the bar close to your body 💜send hips forward when you return to standing 💜ask for someone to observe and give feedback or film and check your form RDLs feel amazingggggggg in your glutes! Almost 6 months into my carnivore diet and I couldn’t be happier with my results and how I feel. My diet hasn’t been 100% strict on carnivore because I do need to keep certain foods in my system to fuel my body properly for my certain type of training. For example I need to kewoep eating bananas for all the running I do for potassium and carbohydrates. I would say I’ve stuck to a strict 90% carnivore diet over the last six months. With that other 10% being mainly just bananas, nuts, little yogurt and an occasional cookie because you gotta enjoy the little things. Sometimes it’s the little things that really make the difference. Finley has only been working with us for a few weeks, but already he’s starting to see some real meaningful benefits. Having gone through a couple of ACL reconstructions, Fin has struggled with stability and strength in his knees. Following an individualised programme, with a specific focus on proprioception, balance, and stability has already started to work wonders. His feedback is what we love to hear!

What you see is the 3 month physical transformation between the photos. What you don’t see is the shift in mindset, decision to distance myself from toxic people and environments, the determination to make healthier choices for my body and self reflect. I still have so much more to learn and more to grow both physically and mentally but if my past self could see me now I think she’d be very proud. Lifting has shifted the focus of how I wanted to look to how I want to feel. You deserve to feel strong and confident 🤍💪🏼 P.S. out growing gymwear to make an excuse to buy more gym clothes 😋

LAT PULL DOWNS How to perform correctly 👇🏻 • Sit with your thighs under the thigh pad, keep your chest up, and look at the bar. • Pull the bar down towards your chest, leading with your elbows. Pull until the bar is below your chin or touches your upper chest. • Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom of the movement. (I like to pretend I’m grabbing something with my shoulder blades or that there’s a magnet pulling them together to touch) • Exhale and slowly release the bar back up to the starting position and repeat. “PECK - DECK” 📍PRIMÁRNE A SEKUNDÁRNE ZAPOJENÉ SVALY: Stredná časť prsných svalov – celkovo prsné svalstvo, predná hlava deltového svalu a triceps paže. 📍VÝCHODISKOVÁ POLOHA: Existujú dve verzie tohto stroja: jedna je kde musíte uchopiť držadlá, druhá je kde do stroja jednoducho položíte predlaktia. Ak používate verziu, ktorá má držadlá, uchopte ich tak, aby vaše zápästie bola približne vo výške ramien. Pohodlne sa posaďte na stroj, lopatky pri sebe a pod telom, paže držia držadlá, nadlaktia rovnobežné s podložkou. 📍POHYB: Polkruhovým pohybom posuňte držadlá k sebe, ako by ste objali veľký kmeň stromu. Robte to pomaly, pohyb by mal byť riadený. Keď sa obe držadlá (alebo vaše predlaktie) spojí, skúste dosiahnuť maximálnu kontrakcie a veľmi silno napnúť (stlačiť) svaly hrudníka.
