High protein , low carb , vegetarian , spicy fit meal (~15-25g protein per serve) โฃ Step 1: Make the garlic-chilli oil. โฃ In a pan over medium heat, add 1tsp extra virgin olive oil, 4-5 chopped garlic cloves and 2 tsp red chilli flakes, stir fry for 1 minute. Add 2 tsp dark soy sauce. โฃ Step 2: Mix 50g paneer (cubes) with the garlic-chilli oil sauce. Keep aside.โฃ Step 3: Add 1 chopped onion, 100g carrot, 50g broccoli, 50g mushrooms. Stir fry.
