High protein , low carb , vegetarian , spicy fit meal (~15-25g protein per serve) โฃ Step 1: Make the garlic-chilli oil. โฃ In a pan over medium heat, add 1tsp extra virgin olive oil, 4-5 chopped garlic cloves and 2 tsp red chilli flakes, stir fry for 1 minute. Add 2 tsp dark soy sauce. โฃ Step 2: Mix 50g paneer (cubes) with the garlic-chilli oil sauce. Keep aside.โฃ Step 3: Add 1 chopped onion, 100g carrot, 50g broccoli, 50g mushrooms. Stir fry. (Optional 1tsp soy sauce)โฃ Step 4: Add the paneer to the vegetables.Mix well & serve. โฃ This recipe gives ~15g protein however you can increase it to ~25g by increasing paneer to 100g & broccoli, mushrooms to 100g. โฃ โฃ Tip: If you arenโ€™t a fan of ๐Ÿฅฆ , chop it really fine or blend in a mixer and then add to this recipe. To be honest , with a hectic daily schedule , responsibility at home , I do take breaks from my workouts and disciplined eating habits. But when I say CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY, it means -out of 30 days in a month minimum 20 to 25 days i am on track I complete my workouts -I meet my proteins 100% - I track my steps minimum 8 to 10k per day - keep check on water intake - If i miss 1 day apart from my rest day I try to give more than 100% in my workouts next day Creating Balance , being self accountable is must.
