Sun-drenched mornings with coffee, lazy afternoons in my hammock, and yoga by the pool…I’m definitely loving my outdoor space! And we just planted young trees over the weekend. It definitely keeps me busy and I love it. 🏃‍♂️& core challenge 14/30 I ain’t going to 🤥 but today was a struggle. Backing up from a 🚑 night shift is not an easy task. Making it harder is when you allow that internal dialogue to eat away at your self esteem 🏦. So I’m just happy to keep the streak going atm ✅. On a positive note my ultrasound came back clear on my hip and 🍑. Even though not an answer it is a step in the right direction and rules out multiple diagnoses.
