V půlce května už každý správný Čech rozpaluje gril.😝👍 Nicméně, příroda je v tuhle dobu přeci jen ještě dost často proti, a proto tu máme variantu pikantních medových žebírek přímo do trouby!🍯 Na druhou stranu - nic vám nebrání zkusit i ten gril.🙂 Suroviny pro cca 4 osoby: 1,5 kg vepřových žebírek 150 ml tekutého medu (zkusit můžete náš dávkovač)🍯 100 ml sladké chilli omáčky 5 polévkových lžic octa 3 polévkové lžíce tmavé sójové omáčky 2 polévkové lžíce granulovaného česneku 2 polévkové lžíce hrubozrnné hořčice 1 polévková lžíce hrubozrnné soli 👩‍🍳Postup přípravy: 1. Z uvedených surovin vyšlehejte marinádu, do které pak vložte naporcované maso a necháme marinovat. 2. Marinovaná žebra naskládejte na hlubší plech a dáme do trouby, přelijte zbylým nálevem a pečte při 200 °C nejméně 90 minut. 3. Vypečenou šťávu můžete zahustit. ČOKOLÁDOVÉ BROWNIES 🍫 ~ nový recept do jídelníčků pro klienty 🫡 Celé brownies má 880 kcal, 30g bílkovin. 🍫 Na 8 kousků potřebujete: ✅ 2 vejce ✅ 10 ml kokosového oleje ✅ 70g hladké mouky ✅ 10g kakaa ✅ 30g cukru ✅ 30g hořké čokolády ✅ kypřící prášek ✅ 100 ml mléka 🧾 1. V jedné misce vyšleháme vejce s cukrem. 2. V hrnečku v mikrovlnce roztopíme čokoládu s olejem, kterou následně dáme do druhé mísy ke kakau, kypřícímu prášku, mléku a mouce. 3. Smícháme obsah obou misek dohromady a dáme do malé formy vyložené pečícím papírem. 4. Pečeme v předehřáté troubě na 160 stupňů 20 minutek. Po vytažení necháme vychladnout a nejlépe i chvíli odpočinout v lednici. Quick & Easy Meatballs Serves: 4 Ingredients: - 500g lean ground beef - 1 small onion, finely diced - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 red pepper, diced - 1 egg - 1/2 cup buckwheat flour - 1/4 cup coriander, chopped - 1 tsp oregano - 12 slices streaky bacon Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°c. 2. Place all the ingredients apart from the bacon in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix well using your hands. Once everything is well combined, form 12 meatballs the size of a golf ball (use a 1/4 cup for measuring). 3. Wrap each meatball in a slice of bacon and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Today I wanted to ramble about releasing guilt around times when you have to slow down or can’t make it to the gym. - I have been feeling so different since my show when it comes to exercise. I don’t have cardio to do, yet somehow making it to the gym feels harder these past few weeks. I was so tired after 9 months of nonstop work that my body was craving extra rest days where I didn’t usually need them. I started having feelings of guilt brewing when I’d have to shift my usual split. But then I realized, I have always preached listening to your body, and sometimes our bodies need extra rest. Sometimes you’ll get injured (my wrist is currently going through it making upper body feel impossible), and you’ll need time to heal. - There is never anything wrong with taking it down a notch when you really need it. It’s what allows you to thrive when you have the energy. The key is learning when you really need rest and when you’re just talking yourself out of something. Abs made in the kitchen!🤔 . 🤦🏻‍♀️I know it’s a cliche but fruits can play a huge role on losing/gaining weight! . •P.S. These are the amount of sugar in 100 g of each fruit. . 🤪I loooove fruits! I love them so much that I can eat them non stop! They are high in vitamins, fiber, water, potassium, folic acid etc.. Most of them are antioxidants and also low in fat, sodium and calories. . 💪🏻I have been doing a transformation challenge and I am at Week 7! #transphormation and please ignore my morning face😬 . 🍇🍒🍌Eating a lot of sugar chronically raises insulin levels in the blood! I could easily eat 3-4 servings of fresh fruits and don’t even make me mention about dried fruits🙈 Luckily I was active enough to not gaining weight but despite the fact that I was making healthy choices 90% of the time, I was just maintaining my weight and not losing fat. . 🍇🍒🍌Eating a lot of sugar chronically raises insulin levels in the blood! 🍆🍅Healthy Eggplant Parm! This is an eggplant Parm more aligned with the traditional Italian version. There’s no breading or frying so it’s lighter and easier to make. If you want more of a short cut, use store bought marinara sauce (high quality for best results!)⁣ ⁣ 🍆For eggplant Parm:⁣ 3 large eggplants⁣ 1 tablespoon salt⁣ olive oil for sautéing ⁣ 1 cup grated Parmesan ⁣ 24-28 oz marinara sauce⁣ 1 8 oz ball of fresh mozzarella ⁣ basil leaves and Parm to garnish⁣ ⁣ 🍅For marinara sauce:⁣ 1/4 cup olive oil⁣ 4 cloves garlic, minced ⁣ 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes⁣ 1 sprig basil⁣ 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes⁣ ⁣ Trim top off eggplant and slice lengthwise 1/4” thick. If you have a mandolin you can do this pretty quickly (see my stories.) Lay eggplant on sheet pans and sprinkle with salt. Let sit 30 minutes to remove excess water and any bitterness. Make the marinara while you wait. ⁣ ⁣ For marinara, heat olive oil in a medium pot. Add garlic and when it turns pale golden, add tomatoes, red pepper, salt to taste, and basil. Stir and simmer uncovered over medium heat 15-20 minutes. Remove basil before using. ⁣ ⁣ Pat eggplants with paper towels or a dish towel to remove moisture sweated out and rub with another paper towel/dish towel to remove most of salt. Sauté eggplant in olive oil in a large sauté pan in batches, a few minutes per side. Use just enough olive oil that they turn golden in patches.⁣ ⁣ To assemble use a 9”x13” casserole dish. Spread 1/3 cup marinara sauce on bottom. Then do a layer of eggplant, a layer of sauce, a few handfuls of grated Parm and repeat. You should get 3-4 layers of eggplant. Finish with marinara sauce, cover with foil and bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and add thinly sliced mozzarella. Place back in oven or under broiler until cheese starts to bubble. Garnish with basil leaves and extra Parm. WW Friendly Lemon & Poppyseed Drizzle Cake in a thermomix. 2 WW points per cake - makes 12 This recipe requires Oat flour and I make my own To do this add oats to TM Bowl with MC 1 min | Speed 9 - set aside. No need to rinse bowl Add Wet ingredients 2 eggs 450g Greek yoghurt 75g SF Maple Syrup Zest of 1/2 lemon Juice of 1 lemon 2-3 tbsp Dry ingredients 50g protein powder vanilla 150g oat flour 2 tbsp poppy seeds 1tsp baking powder Drizzle juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp honey or agave (you can use SF maple syrup) Add all wet ingredients to TM bowl 10 seconds | Speed 4 Scrape down the bowl Add dry ingredients 10 seconds | Speed 4 Scrape down the bowl - repeat Put into muffin trays - bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees. When taken out of the oven pop holes in to the and drizzle 1 tsp of mixture over each cake. Leave to cool. HINT: when I first took them out of the oven I didn’t think they were cooked. They need to cool to set! Day 12 What a day, Spent most of it at the passport office to get my kids passports renewed. I planned my food as I took it with me. My morning snack and lunch.
