Got the recipe from @brandongouveia and it’s super easy & can be made in under 30 min! Ingredients for 2 portions: 1 cup rice 1 lb shrimp (seasoned with salt, pepper, onion powder, curry powder, & paprika) 1 mango, small diced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 cup green beans 1 tbsp minced ginger 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1 thai chili pepper, minced Sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 cup oyster sauce 1. Ingredients: • 2 ripe bananas • 2 thick slices wholemeal bread sourdough is especially tasty • 2 tsp ghee or butter • ¼ cup thickened macadamia cream or fresh cream • ½ tsp ground cinnamon • Pinch of salt flakes • 50 g raw macadamias roasted and roughly chopped To serve: • Extra thickened macadamia cream or fresh cream • 2 medjool dates sliced into 8 lengthways • 20 g raw macadamias roasted and roughly chopped • Honey Instructions: • Peel the bananas, slice into a medium bowl, and use a fork to mash until smooth. • Tear the bread into small pieces, place in the bowl of your food processor, and blitz to make breadcrumbs.
