My man can’t get enough! Recently added this to our menu and he’s begged for it 5 times.. Ingredients: 1 cup wild rice 2 cups chicken broth 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded 1 cup mushrooms, sliced 1 cup frozen peas 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a saucepan, combine wild rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45-50 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
