Roast chicken, new potatoes and cabbage. This was a quick roast after a day out at the treetop adventure park with the kids. They persuaded me to join in for the first time and my non existent core muscles took a hammering! Plenty of leftover chicken for this week. I think there will be a noodle soup and maybe some wraps on the cards in the next few days.

Schumacher Immer wenn ich erzähle das ich mich richtig scheiße fühle mit meinem derzeitigen Körper kommt meistens von anderen Personen der Kommentar "Ja, aber du hast auch ein Kind zur Welt gebracht und die Zeit für Sport mit Kind muss man ja auch erstmal finden!" usw. Stimmt. Aber ich weiß auch das da wo ein Wille ist auch eigentlich immer ein Weg zu finden sein wird. Der Weg sieht halt so aus das ich morgens/mittags laufen muss. Bevor mein Mann zur Arbeit muss oder halt mit Leonie im Wagen. Den zu schieben macht es nicht gerade leichter und auf irgendeine Pace brauch ich da nicht achten 😄 Zwangspausen damit Leonie überhaupt solange mit macht sind vorprogrammiert. Aber das ist immer noch 100% mehr als wenn ich zu Hause auf der Couch bleibe. Ich bin jetzt seit gut 2 1/2 Wochen dabei regelmäßig jeden 2. Tag zu Laufen. Wechselnd zwischen Joggen und Inlinern. Alles um meine verkorksten Knie zu schonen 🫠 aber das funktioniert wirklich gut. Heute bin ich die 8km fast in meiner alten Zeit gelaufen und das macht mich echt stolz. Das gibt mir das laufen übrigens nebenbei auch. Ein Gefühl davon auf eine Leistung von mir selbst & für mich selbst stolz sein zu können. Btw. habe ich in den 2 Wochen nicht einen einzigen Gramm abgenommen 🥲 Muskelaufbau und Zyklusbedingt. Aber who cares. «Рваная говядина» 🥩 Это одно из самых модных блюд Инстаграма последнего времени, ну вот и я попробовала сделать, немного модифицировав рецепт. В конце концов, это просто про технологию slow cooking 😉 Готовим так: ~ берем любой кусок говядины, солим, перчим, добавляем любимые специи ~ нарезаем колечками 2 небольших луковицы ~ выкладываем говядину на пергамент на луковую подушку, сверху опять накрываем луком ~ заворачиваем в пергамент, а сверху ещё в фольгу ~ томим в духовке на 130-140 градусов 6-8 часов (в зависимости от размера куска мяса, у меня томилось 6) Я пожалела только об одном - ну слишком маленький кусок мяса я взяла, а так - ну это огонь 🔥 и очень вкусно 🤤 Ну и сфотографировать красиво не получилось, очень уж есть хотелось )) В следующий раз возьму кусок побольше!! . #рванаяговядина #запекаемговядину #healthyandyasty #easycooking #slowcooking #простыерецепты #домашняякухня

Efter at have været på tur hele dagen, er det skønt at komme hjem til noget nem mad. Har man nogle frikadeller lavet med eller uden kød, kan man hurtigt får lavet et lækkert måltid ved at komme dem i et pitabrød sammen med forskelligt grønt. Jeg havde nogle mexicanske bønnedeller i fryseren og de passede perfekt som fyld i pitabrødet. Så tilføjede jeg fintsnittet spidskål, avocadoskiver, snackpeber i ringe, masser af chilimayo og så syltede rødløg. Mums det var bare godt. Place cornstarch in a shallow dish and dredge tofu cubes in cornstarch to coat. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown and crisp on all sides. Remove tofu from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion.
