It really is amazing the difference your weight can have on not just your physical health, but your mental health too! I was just like you... When I was a bit younger, I used to tell myself, “I want to be big and muscular and have abs” I had no clue what that goal involved which is a huge mistake that most people make often especially women. And I was in for a treat! 😆 Back then, I honestly thought I knew what it took to reach that goal. I did the research and was doing everything on my own. It turned out that I was basically doing the bare minimum. No wonder I was frustrated. Not until I’ve had enough of not making any progress, I hired my first coach. That’s when I realized the real work behind my goal required of me. My results came ONLY after doing the necessary work. So if you’re in the same boat right now, I’m going to give my 7 simple steps that has helped me achieve my results and it can help you achieve yours. ✔️ Write your goal down. If it’s not written, it’s not real. ✔️ Set a deadline. Having a target date pushes you. ✔️ Improve your mindset. Believe that you can achieve the goal. ✔️ Have a proven plan that makes you win. ✔️ Go 💯 on all in. Don’t half-ass your efforts. ✔️ Execute the plan till your goal is reached. ✔️ Stop making excuses.
