My toolkit is always changing as my practice ebbs and flows, but these are some of my most used tools as of late. 🪡🧶🧵✂️ I’ve been spending the Summer delving into different forms of magical crafting by utilizing more domestic skills, such as sewing and cooking. While empaths are highly attuned to the emotions and energy of others, it does not mean they should suffer quietly or remain in toxic environments.
