On s’est aperçu récemment que les plantes envoient des ultrasons lorsqu’elles ont soif. on ne les entend pas, mais notre peau les ressent, les mécanorécepteurs de l’épiderme passent le message à la moelle épinière. Elles envoient donc un message inaudible à l’homme, dans le but d’être arrosée, et lorsque nous le faisons, elles diffusent une bonne énergie. Avec la musique des plantes, nous avons à la fois la musique, la thérapie, l’évidence de l’interdépendance, de la résonance, de la survie de l’individu par rapport au collectif, il y a tout en un. ➖A plant cannot survive if its environment does not. The same applies to us, human beings! We seem to have forgotten this... Individualism - linked to the illusion of separation - is not something plants have. They have more wisdom and understand very well that their environment must be harmonised if they are to feel good, which is why they exchange information. So they send an inaudible message to humans to be watered, and when we do, they give off good energy. You do not need to have any musical experience to participate. The point is to reconnect with the healing potential of our voices, which is inside us all and essential to our wellness and the embodiment of our true essence. We are called to grow a culture of song sharing that is safe, community centered and free of judgment with the intention for personal and collective healing. A variety of songs are welcome to be shared; such as medicine songs, heart songs, mantra, devotional songs and any song that invokes the heart and healing. I was 100% someone who would shut down when conflict arose. It was a hard pass 😂 I felt like I was torn because I would get triggered and didn’t want to explode and make the situation worse, so I chose to suppress. And those that hate confrontation will get this. But this strategy was doing absolutely nothing for my self-worth or my relationships for that fact! What I’ve found so incredibly helpful is the window of tolerance model and how I can continually take action to expand this. Then, once my emotional regulation was strengthened, I started to build the capacity to sit in the discomfort, to lean in – instead of leaning the hell out. And I promise you that through combining these things whilst reframing limiting beliefs, practising speaking up for yourself will get easier and easier. The other day, I was challenged by someone approaching me with an aggressive tone, and I was able to stay regulated. Deescalate the situation and still put my viewpoint forward, feel heard, and reach a resolution, which I was happy with. I seriously felt so proud 🥰 It’s a continual practice that we can only get better and better at, so if you’re ready to learn how to uplevel your ability to have courageous conversations. Goddess, I’m no longer here to play small. I have huge desires, desires that may seem impossible to some. Here’s what I say to the I’M POSSIBLE! A blank page is daunting. No matter how good you are at writing, the hardest part is getting started—even for professionals. Whenever a client asks me how to overcome writer’s block, I have them do something totally opposite. Get up and have a dance party. Go on a walk, put together a puzzle. Fold the laundry, do the dishes. Hug a cat, hang out with a baby. Water some plants. This is because when we put pressure on things, it usually doesn’t get the best results. The same happens when we are trying to attract partners or clients in our business. The fastest way to repel energy is to try and force things to happen. Wait until you get that spark of excitement or burst of creativity. But remember waiting isn’t the same as avoiding. While waiting for the words to flow, get out of your head. Get in touch with your inner child. Connect with the divine and ask to become an open channel. If the words still aren’t flowing let whatever monkey thoughts you got floating to come onto the page. Even if it’s crappy, now you have some clay to mold. Have you ever wondered what separates the dreamers from achievers? They’ve mastered this skill below. Use my experience as a guide, I’ve been calling in a guitarist to collaborate with. Sure enough, on the weekend I stumbled upon a guitarist busking solo to a 70s rock backing track, but I couldn’t just go up to him and say can I sing with you, could I? He’d think I was crazy. Despite the voice of my ego, I trusted the clear message from my guides. The lesson learnt was that when you take the scary action, afterwards it doesn’t feel like as big of a deal as your ego is making it out to be. Though if you’ve entered a state of paralysis towards your goals. I’d recommend slowing down and listening carefully to the myriad of internal voices. Is your ego running the show and calling all the shots in your life or is your highest self and intuition?
