🌟🙏💖🦋💖🙏🌟 “Mike’s favourite” how I reflect on this piece. 🌟 Popped up on photo memories this morning. Butterflies 🦋 are such a strong symbol of transformation! I love this “flutterby”…the image is ironic, you can just make out the second wing. 🌟🦋 It came back to me, with one wing. Broken accidentally by an over exuberant teen, unaware how loud vibrating speakers “move” items. It might be renamed “broken wing - broken dream” now. 🌟🦋 One of a kind such pieces. A tonne of energy poured into their creation. If I could list all the things that have changed, been renamed, demolished, shifted or broken in the last 4-5years… it would be a long one. Things that connected me to “that life”. Having little choice, but to “let go” of so much, including who I thought I was in this world. 🌟🦋 Life continues to transform, daily. Motherhood is the most insane ride to go on. It’s beautiful and we cherish it but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t come with some of the darkest days you will ever face, struggles you never knew you would have, sleep deprivation, struggling to work out who you are at times, hormone imbalances and changes to one’s body after pregnancy and birth, did I mention the overstimulation!!! A lot of the times mothers struggle alone so I wanted to share some things I do to try and switch things up and support my mental and emotional health. Aujourd’hui (29 Nissan), nous célébrons la Hiloula de Rabbi Moshé de Kouvrine. Dans ce post, nous partageons quelques-uns des conseils du « Kouvrineur » pour se rapprocher d’Hachem. Arrêtons nous sur le premier enseignement de la publication. Le psaume 100 commence par la phrase : ‎הריעו לה׳ כל הארץ, c’est-à-dire ‎« Proclamez D.ieu sur toute la Terre ». Certains commentateurs, lie la loi Juive (Halakha) à la proclamation du nom de D.ieu sur toute la Terre. A priori, cette connexion peut sembler éloignée. Rabbi Moshé de Kouvrine nous éclaire en expliquant que le mot « Proclamez » du psaume, peut également être traduit par « Brisez ». Ainsi, le texte devient : « Brisez toute la Terre pour D.ieu ! »… Cette interprétation semble mystérieuse jusqu’à ce que Rabbi Moshé explique que « la Terre » symbolise ici l’aspect matériel et brut de l’Homme, qui résiste à la spiritualité en raison de pulsions incontrôlées (colère, envies, etc) et de mauvais traits de caractère (égoïsme, paresse, etc). Le Rav conclut que c’est la loi Juive, la הלכה, retrouvée dans l’acronyme formé par les premières lettres du verset הריעו לה׳ כל הארץ, qui peut briser cette grossièreté. La Halakha n’est plus qu’un code de conduite, mais devient une véritable arme pour s’approcher de D.ieu, se libérer des voiles indésirables, et ressentir qu’Hachem est MON D.ieu.
