Definitely a good way to start the day ☺️ It’s basically a lazy version of a french toast and takes no time or effort to make. Simply grab an ovenproof dish, spray it with @frighthq oil spray, place two @pasquier_uk brioche rolls into it. Slice the top of the brioche open. Whisk an egg, four tablespoons (60ml) of milk of your choice (for me it was almond) and some sweetener together and pour it over the brioche. Top with 50g banana, 50g strawberries and bake it on 170C fan for 15 mins. Drizzle 10g @carnation_uk caramel sauce on top and enjoy with a cuppa. I cut the bun in to pieces and covered with mixed egg, milk, and coco powder. I then topped with Nutella and frozen fruit.
