🥰 THE BERRY GOOD CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 2.0😋 🪇 I had a similar one yesterday. But it is so good. This time I put the chocolate in the cheesecake layer. That’s even better as having the chocolate on top. Oatly base layer: 🧁 40g oats 🧁 10g protein powder (natural) 🧁 100ml water 🧁 1/2 tsp baking powder 🧁 a pinch of salt Put an oven save bowl and mix. Add blueberries on top and put in the air fryer for 5 min at 180°C. Prepare the cheesecake layer from - 200g quark (non fat) - 5g chocolate pudding powder - Sweetener of choice - A splash of water - One pinch of salt Mix together and add on top of the blueberry oat layer. Put chocolate in the cheesecake layer before baking. Bake for 12 minutes at 140°C. Add the chocolate on top as long as the cake is super hot.
