2 years back my journey started with one idea of launching my own course on “Productivity” I bought many courses on the journey, and invested lacs of rs. on my learning, tools, experiments. In the photo, it was a time 2 years back on 23/9/2021 I was writing what all will come in my course, my modules were getting ready. Long scripts were ready too. Module 1 was planned and I was about to work on my PPT. And at the same time I got an opportunity to work with a personal brand. I was happiest because I will learn many insides and eventually my focus shifted to a job rather than working on my own thing. And 1.5 years vanished so quickly to wake up. And last week when this event was happening in mumbai I was not sure whether I would go or not. A lot of tasks were there in front of my eyes. To be specific good pending tasks. As I get closer to turning 40. I think often of how far I've come. One thing that's been very important to me is being intentional about how I care for myself. How I show up for myself. I've struggled with people pleasing for a long time. In the process, you start to lose yourself. Lately, I've been asking myself important questions. Cause if I dont who else will. 🤣 It's easy to ignore things and act like it's all good, right? It's hard to face the ugly truth. But it feels good once you do it. One thing I often remind myself is that I am worthy of love. I am worthy of care. I am worthy of respect. I don't need anyone else to validate my self-worth. Believe in yourself and don't rely on other people's opinions of you. There is this line in a song by India Arie, and she says, "I'll be starving if I ate all the lies they fed." Bars!!! Making the decision to choose yourself each and every time. While being open to receiving genuine love from others. Assim, Accountability ajuda a garantir que todos saibam quem é responsável pelo quê e incentiva as pessoas a agirem de forma ética e confiável. Sobre Desculpability eu nem preciso discorrer, todos nós conhecemos o padrão de não assumir, ignorar, esconder, esperar, culpar alguém pela responsabilidade que a pessoa não cumpriu. A questão é que quando você assume as suas responsabilidades, mesmo quando as coisas saem dos eixos, você não precisa ter insônia para elaborar as desculpas, e nem tem que se lembrar delas daqui meses se o assunto vier à tona. Errou? Assumiu? Pagou a vista, digere as frustrações, aproveita o aprendizado e segue em frente. Errou? Não assumiu? Paga no crédito, prazo a perder de vista e sofre toda vez que o tema emerge.
