A Veterans group that I’m a part of had a great idea to honor and celebrate Armed Forces Day this month and I wanted to share the idea. Good Morning! I just finished a virtual 5k (plus.. a bit more). It was chilly but beautiful out this morning. I ran as hard as I could. I had no idea how fast I was actually going until after I finished a looked at the running app I use . Check out my average speed... 5.91 mph! That's Crazy!!!
