Spiritual & Earthly Sacred Light๐ซ Iโve spent the last week grounding the influx of spiritual love and light. The transformational and transcendent moment continues to ripple waves through my body, mind and soul. I have been nurturing myself with a lot more rest, meditation, sky gazing, earthing, and carrying around my favorite grounding crystals. Going back to last Monday, one of my spiritual moments occurred after the total solar eclipse. I came inside to meditate upon the experience but before I even sat on the floor, I found myself moving in ways unfamiliar to me. I would say I was possessed but it felt so sacred that I knew I was completely safe and trusted whatever was to unfold. WIthout thought, I found myself reaching my arms into the air and pulling down the Divine life force, and then resting my hands together in a prayer position in front of my heart chakra. My hands then automatically moved down and out, as to ground the energy. My arms and hands then swept back upwards to my heart chakra where they once found themselves again in prayer position. This went repeated for quite some time as I allowed the Universe to provide the stopping point. I believe what I was doing was grounding spiritual light, and then bringing up the earthly energy back up to the sky. Follow carousel but the steps pictured are out of order or didnโt occur.
