Hi guys 📚 Pour ce premier post, je vous fait un petit review de Twisted Love, que j'ai lu récemment. **** Twisted love, que de choses à dire. Dans sa première partie, j’ai a-do-ré, genre vraiment ! J’adore le comportement d’Ava, hyper solaire, lumineuse. J’aime bien le fait qu’elle ait une peur un peu originale (même si on se rend vite compte que sa peur de l’eau vient d’un traumatisme). J’aime le passé des personnages, ils ont tout deux leurs problèmes, leurs souvenirs, ils tentent tout deux de s’en sortir. Ce que je trouve fou, c’est la manière dont Ava et Alex se rapprochent, je trouve ça très bien fait, très simple et parfait. A la fois drôle, sensuel, comme le moment où elle le prend en photo. ***Maintenant, on parle de la fin, alors si vous ne l'avez pas lue ne terminez pas de lire ce review*** Mais tout n’est pas bien, clairement. J’ai littéralement détesté la deuxième partie du livre, à partir du moment où Ava se rend compte de qui est vraiment Alex. Elle le quitte, et met du temps à se remettre de sa rupture, et ça me semble normal, réaliste. De son côté, Alex s'avoue ses sentiments malgré son ego surdimensionné, ok cool, mais pour moi c’est déjà trop tard. Il lui a fait beaucoup de mal même si c'était pas forcément volontaire. Je vous avoue que j’aurais préféré que cette fin soit triste, une fin où ils ne terminent pas ensemble. Mais non, il la suit comme un psychopathe, il la force à se remettre avec lui (du moins je le voit comme ça), et c’est pourri. Évidemment, les goûts sont variés, j'ai essayé de ne pas être trop dure dans mes propos, parce qu'en soit, ce n'était simplement pas ce que je voulais voir dans ce livre (en tout cas pas ce à quoi je m'attendais) N'hésitez pas à me donner votre avis, je serais ravie de l'entendre. Coucou Booksta 🫶🏻 Aujourd’hui je vais vous parler de « Twisted Love » de @authoranahuang publié au éditions @hugonewromance . J’ai adoré ce livre du début à la fin !! L’intrigue était incroyable avec un plot twist que je n’ai pas vu venir. La relation entre Ava et Alex était intense. La plume de Ana Huang est vraiment agréable à lire, je trouve qu’elle arrive à vraiment bien transmettre les émotions des différents personnages. Sa narration est fluide, agréable, et je l’ai lu en 3 jours alors que ça ne m’était pas arrivée depuis The fine print de Lauren Asher !!! J’ai eu un peu peur au début de me lancer dans cette lecture car j’ai eu énormément d’avis très négatif mais au final c’était incroyable !!! J’ai adoré les flash back, car ils apportaient pas mal d’informations sur ava et alex quand ils étaient plus jeunes !! J’ai beaucoup apprécié les personnages secondaires et j’ai trop hâte de les retrouver dans les autres tomes !!! Affascinante, pericoloso, e abbastanza furbo da nasconderlo, CHRISTIAN HARPER è un mostro nascosto negli abiti dal taglio impeccabile di un perfetto gentiluomo. Ma ogni mostro ha un punto debole, e lei è il suo. La sua ossessione, la sua eccezione. Dolce e timida, STELLA ALONSO ha imparato a tenere a freno i desideri del cuore. D’altronde, impegnata com’è con due lavori, avrebbe davvero poco tempo per una relazione. Quando però il destino la spinge tra le braccia di Christian, sente che forse è arrivato il momento di lasciarsi andare. Ma il loro è un amore intrecciato a troppi segreti e bugie.
