Just wanted to thank everyone for coming on the live a couple days and thanks for supporting! That live I did with @thereal_shaunarae99 was the first time I had ever gotten paid a little bit for doing the interview! Felt very honored and thanks to those who bought badges! You know I must have inspired someone that day and you know my goal is to inspire whenever I am on live or doing anything in person and that day made me feel super special! Happy Mother’s Day as well! You know my next big goal now that I hit 10 k followers, interviewed 200 celebrities and got paid a tiny bit on social media with doing the interview is to find a way to put all this together to make this a full time work with social media by the end of the year or next year! THAT WAS SOOOO HARD!!! 😫 Friday intervals for me today. I’m having to mix my week up a little as my son has had two migraines in the last two days, poor baby 😌 so wasn’t able to get out to do my interval session yesterday. Suffering with severe lack of sleep and with that head-wind still very much apparent…I found this session super hard. I was aiming for 6.20 min/mile pace on the intervals but alas, I just didn’t have it in me today. Yes… I know how to rock a Friday night. Hubby’s gone out, the wee man is in bed and I’m in my pjs, drinking Ovaltine watching reality tv. . There is reason to this however… today has been epic! I have done more than I’ve done since leaving hospital and miraculously I feel ok. I did: - the school run. - a trip to the local shopping centre to return some pre birthday panic purchases(hideous). - visited two of my best mates. - took the wee man to the barbers (bribed with the promise of a subway). . That’s a shitload of stuff!!! Yes, I had to adapt my approach to accommodate my kitten like lung capacity and my racing heart… but… I bloody did it! . More importantly I did it on my own. I’ve been a bit panicky when I feel vulnerable, which results in even more wobbliness, shortness of breath and my heart beating out of my chest. To get on top of these nerves today was a real boost, so I’m riding that wave. .
