It was one of those days when you feel so much exhausted, tired & irritated all at the same time. Usually most of people associate this as periods effect...but no, this is the Goddess within speaking. It needs some love & care. She is exhausted giving - making her feel irritated. It is an invitation to slow down & prioritize self care. This phase is rest , rejuvenate & allow the natural detox of body to happen uninterrupted. 今晩は、ナスとトマトのラザニア風と、ブロッコリーのポタージュでした。 ナスはオリーブオイルでソテーした後、トマトのスライスと合わせ、合挽肉を赤ワインとトマトで煮たトマトソースと、小麦粉・バター・牛乳のホワイトソースを加えて、余っていたラザニアも加えて作りました。ナスとトマトの組み合わせはいつやっても手軽で美味しいですね。 ブロッコリーのポタージュは、ブロッコリーと玉ねぎを刻んでバターでしばらく炒め、ブイヨンを入れて20分ほど煮たらミキサーにかけ、牛乳をブイヨンと同量入れ、塩胡椒して温めて出来上がり。これも割と簡単にできます。 サラダと共に美味しくいただきました! Made for dinner sautéed eggplant and tomato Lasagna style, and potage of broccoli. For the “Lasagna”, sautéed sliced eggplant for a while and added sliced tomato, tomato-based meat sauce and white sauce (bechamel sauce), put shredded cheese on the top then baked it in the oven. The combination of eggplant and tomato is always great! For the postage, sautéed sliced onion and broccoli with butter, added bouillon and simmered for 20min, then stirred it in a blender, added the same amount of milk and adjusted the taste with salt and pepper. Fresh broccoli flavor was very good! Although this is what I call a wholesome & fullfilling meal, but this a water deficit meal - you feel very very thirsty for hours after eating such a heavy breakfast 👉Naturally had a lot of water to quench the thirst after this breakfast. When plain water was not enough in this hot , dry weather, had 1 glass lemon mishri water 👉Mid day snack before lunch - 1 glass masala chaas 👉Lunch - Juicy organic Cucumber (2nd 📸, this was a real savior) 👉Mid day snack before dinner - 1 glass Aamras (desi frooti, 3rd 📸,) 👉Dinner - Plain roti, ridge gourd sabji, parwal(pointed gourd) posto curry (4th 📸) Current Grey areas: 🌼I prefer to start my day with tender coconut water but currently falling for a cup of regular tea 🍵 to start my day 🌼This kind of heavy breakfast is okay when you don't have much work..as it makes u feel a bit lethargic...so prefer it only on weekends Wins 🌺 Finished dinner(meal) by 8pm 🌺 Ate everything mindfully with lots of love & Gratitude 🌺 Got time to capture the 📸 of meal (this all the moms who stays alone in house with the baby in the day can relate) To witness this series of mine follow @swastiabliss. Super healthy dinner this evening. Warm quinoa salad with mushrooms and peas. I fried onion, garlic, mushrooms, green chilli, frozen peas, and kale in some water. Added tamari, miso paste, some aduki beans, and lots of black pepper. I cooked quinoa in my rice cooker and then added to the pan when cooked. Served with rocket and raw red cabbage. Dinner this evening was amazing, and I counted 20 plants in this one dish. The red Thai curry paste had cumin, coriander, black pepper (counted as one), ginger, onion, garlic, red chilli, lemongrass, fresh coriander, lime juice and red pepper. The actual curry had carrot, courgette, red cabbage, red pepper, mushrooms, kale, sugar snap peas, green chilli, aduki beans, coconut milk, sesame seeds and buckwheat from the soba noodles. 昨日は、手造りの麹調味料を使った鶏肉料理でした。 左上は醤油麹に漬けた鶏胸肉の唐揚げ。手前は玉葱麹に漬けた鶏胸肉のソテー。右上は塩麹に漬けた鶏胸肉のハム。 いずれも追加で味付けはしなかったのですが、美味しくできました! 先日、麹調味料の作り方のレッスンに参加しまして、そこで作った4つの麹調味料のうち、3つを使って作りました。 スープは豚挽肉とキャベツ、ニラの坦々スープ。サラダを添えて。 美味しくいただきました! Yesterday i made dinner using chicken breast and Koji (rice malt) seasonings. Upper left: Kara-age (fried chicken) seasoned with soy sauce Koji; Front: Sautéed chicken breast with onion Koji; Upper right: chicken breast ham seasoned with salted Koji. No additional seasoning was used, but their flavors were very good. Those Koji seasonings were what I made in a cooking class I took the other day. The soup was Dandan (tantan) soup with minced pork, cabbage and Chinese chive.
