Mulching…. Mr Blooms laboured for me after driving from Gloucestershire to Yorkshire. He’s a super man. He emptied the hot composter, the outside compost pile and I’m still in awe of homemade compost. He also used some zoo poo compost and bought in garden mulch. Refilled the hot composter and open compost area with the overflow of rotting vegetation and cardboard. I supervised and dodged spiders. Compost Queen 💁♀️ What was once a compost pile in my backyard is now completely soil (success!) and our cat loves to lay on it when we take her on walks. I looked at my husband one day and said "look at that compost queen!" While my cat inspired the phrase, I think it's quite the title. Anyone who composts knows it's an accomplishment.
