Ich habe es jetzt eine gute Stunde probiert, geschrieben, gelesen, nicht verstanden, neu geschrieben... gelesen... korrigiert, fehlende Worte eingefügt, gelesen...mich gefragt was ich damit sagen wollte....und gelöscht.... ok... der Post kommt die Tage dann.... Seit gut 2 Wochen wird es gerade extrem schlimmer mit dem Brainfog. Nicht nur das ich meist in dem Raum in dem ich ging, vergessen habe was ich wollte, nein. Ich lege wiederholt nach dem Gemüse schneiden nicht das Gemüse in den Kühlschrank sondern das Messer. Ich weiß nicht, wie manche Dinge wohin kommen. Ich schreibe WA Nachrichten, die ich im Kopf sinnvoll wie vorformulierte und vergesse Satzteile, z.B. : Wir können uns dann ja nächste Woche treffen. Frage mich dann, wieso die Person mir antwortet "ja, am besten nächste Woche" , lese meine Nachricht und stelle fest, nächste Woche fehlt. Ja, es hört sich niedlich an und die meisten nicht Betroffenen werden sagen, ja, das kenne ich. Stimmt, ich kenne auch so manche Schusselig- und Vergesslichkeiten, aber das ist komplett anders, mir fehlen manche Tagesabläufe und macht mir derzeit Sorgen. Ich bin positiv➕! Letzten Donnerstag habe ich beim Arzt einen PCR-Test gemacht und leider war dieser positiv😷. Nach 2 Jahren mit dem Virus 🦠 , lockdowns, Masken, Abstand, Tests und 3 Impfungen💉 hat es mich nun doch erwischt. Und so lange hatte niemand in unserer Familie COVID-19 😷. Wirklich niemand! Mein Verlauf ist auch nicht so milde wie ich dachte mit 3 Impfungen. Es fing an mit Schnupfen und Niesen. Dann kamen Halsschmerzen und Hustenreiz dazu. Zwei Tage hatte ich dann so komischen Husten als ob ich an einer schweren Wand zwischen Hals und Schlund vorhuste. Das war echt schmerzhaft. An diesen beiden Tagen war auch meine Stimme fast weg. Fieber hatte ich zum Glück gar nicht. Die ganze Zeit fühle ich mich müde und schlapp. Aber meine Abwehrkräfte kämpfen gerade gegen die Coronaviren 👊🏻und es geht mir schon viel besser. Mein Doc meinte heute Inhalieren und Ruhe sind ganz wichtig. Mit meiner Lunge ist zum Glück alles gut🍀. Richtig gut geholfen haben mir Zweibelsaft 🧅 mit #ManukaHonig 🍯 und frischer Ingwer Tee 🫖 mit Zitrone 🍋. Wo ich mich angesteckt habe? Ich habe keine Ahnung! Wir haben nach wie vor aufgepasst, Masken getragen und Abstand gehalten, sind wie gesagt geimpft und treffen uns nicht in großen Gruppen. Infektion Symptome während der Akutphase 1/2021 Geruchsverlust Geschmachsverlust Kopfschmerzen so stark wie nie zuvor Fieber Schüttelfrost Konzentrationsprobleme Husten Halsschmerzen das Denken tat weh Vergesslichkeitt ob mit meinem Blutdruck, Puls, Sauerstoffsättigung alles ok war, weiß ich nicht, habe ich damals nicht drauf geachtet. Verlust von Geschmack und Geruch, war wirklich zu dem Zeitpunkt das kleinste Problem. Die Kopfschmerzen, die 7 - 10 Tage gingen, waren die Hölle. Durch sie hatte ich erheblichen Schlafmangel, begleitet wurden sie ca. 3 Tage später von hohem Fieber knapp 40 °C und Schüttelfrost. Ab da habe ich eine besondere Beziehung zu meiner Rauhfaser Tapete aufgenommen, denn diese habe ich fast nur noch angestarrt. Vor dem Fieber habe ich noch zwischendurch mit meiner Tochter, die auch positiv war, aber kaum Symptome, Rummy gespielt. Mögen wir beider sehr gern...nur es gingen max. 3 Runden, manchmal weniger, denn mir tat wirklich der Kopf vom denken weh. TV schauen, lesen... absolut unmöglich, es war nicht zu ertragen... Nach 3,5 Wochen habe ich das erste Mal wieder einen Film über 90 Minuten geschaut, nix dramatisches, Herz, Schmerz, Romantik am Tegernsee. 🙈 Aber trotzalledem, fällt es mir bis heut immer noch häufig sehr schwer Filme zu schauen, wenn, nichts anstrengendes oder Serien die ich kenne und so 45 Min gehen... die Konzentration ist einfach noch nicht da und es strengt einfach an. Das betrifft auch Texte die anstrengend sind. z. Have had "the lurgy" since yesterday. I no doubt caught something on the plane last weekend, but who knows. Definitely not COVID though, the symptoms are typical of a mild cold (ringed yellow are very minor symptoms I have, ringed red are my worst symptoms), plus I have sinus pains, itchy stinging eyes, and a feeling of pressure in my ears. Mind you, I pretty much always have the body aches and fatigue, because I have fibromyalgia, so you can probably just dismiss those two. I was even well enough to go snorkeling this morning since I believe the cool water (22C degrees) would do me good, and salt water also helps to clear the sinuses.
