JAKARTA – Sebanyak 7,2 juta dari 149,38 juta rakyat Indonesia yang termasuk ke dalam angkatan kerja tercatat masih menganggur hingga Februari 2024. Hal itu diungkap Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada Senin (6/5), menyebut bahwa angka tersebut setara dengan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) sebesar 4,82 persen. “Pada Februari 2024, terdapat 7,2 juta pengangguran setara dengan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka sebesar 4,82 persen,” ujar Plt. Kepala BPS Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti. Meskipun tampaknya masih tinggi, jumlah pengangguran sejatinya telah menurun sebanyak 790 ribu orang dari yang dilaporkan pada Februari 2023. Amalia juga mengatakan bahwa jumlah tersebut bahkan lebih rendah dari tingkat pengangguran sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Saat itu, angka TPT pada Februari 2020 diketahui tercatat sebesar 4,94 persen atau setara dengan 6,93 juta orang. Secara rinci, jumlah penduduk usia kerja di Indonesia per Februari 2024 mencapai 214 juta orang. Dari jumlah tersebut, sebanyak 149,38 juta orang tercatat sebagai angkatan kerja. Akan tetapi, hanya 142,18 juta orang di antaranya yang terserap oleh dunia kerja. “Dari angkatan kerja tersebut tidak semuanya terserap di pasar kerja sehingga terdapat pengangguran sebanyak 7,2 juta orang,” ujar Amalia. Adapun penyerapan tenaga kerja menurut lapangan usaha menunjukkan bahwa seluruh lapangan usaha mengalami peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja. Press Release, The National Institutes of Health In America, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) will launch clinical trials to investigate potential treatments for long-term symptoms after COVID-19 infection, including sleep disturbances, exercise intolerance and the worsening of symptoms following physical or mental exertion known as post-exertional malaise (PEM). The mid-stage trials, part of NIH’s Researching COVID to Enhance Recovery (RECOVER) Initiative, will join six other RECOVER studies currently enrolling participants across the United States testing treatments to address viral persistence, neurological symptoms, including cognitive dysfunction (like brain fog) and autonomic nervous system dysfunction. The new trials will enroll approximately 1,660 people across 50 study sites to investigate potential treatments for some of the most frequent and burdensome symptoms reported by people suffering from Long Covid. As a follow up to previous posts about some answers to Questions on Notice I think it’s worth reflecting on the poor manufacturing and packaging of the Covid vaccine. ㅤ As can be seen on page 20 of TGA FOI 2389-3 the size of the lipid nanoparticles can vary by as much as 100% from 60-120 nanometres. ㅤ This means that the number of mRNA strands in each particle will vary significantly as well. ㅤ Furthermore it’s worth nothing that the answer to Question 180 “The mRNA is not measured out for individual vials. This would be logistically impossible considering the billions of doses and vials produced globally” the TGA admit that they can’t be certain how much mRNA is in each vial. ㅤ Where is the safety quality assurance in this? ㅤ And then there is this doozy to Question 179: ㅤ “The margin of error for administering the 0.3 mL dose from the multidose vials will depend on multiple factors, such as the types of needles and syringes used at administration, as well as human error.” ㅤ Human error when you are administering an untested vaccine doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence does it!!! How could anyone say the vaccines were safe if they were subject to human error?
