Cinnamon and Papaya Detox Drink The following simple detox drink is rich with plenty of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals, and will flush fatty and toxic accumulations of the colon. I started ozempic end of October I think and while I realize there are many opinions on the subject I have to tell y’all something. I drink about 1% of the alcohol I used to consume and also have the same amount of gummies that I once had often. Ozempic not only has helped me to lose weight but also rely less on other substances. It has helped me feel secure in myself and for that this journey has been worth it. I am 5’3” and n August I weighed 140. I now weigh 110. I am no longer trying to lose weight but maintain where I am. What I valued most from my transformation was not that I hit <10% body fat for the first time in my life. What I valued most was the complete transformation in my mindset, confidence, and habits. The inner confidence and certainty in myself seeped into every other area of life. I accomplished what I had thought for so many years to be impossible. It’s hard to describe in words what it feels like to see yourself look like that in the last picture. Especially as a fat kid who never in his wildest dreams thought he could’ve done something like this. A lot of shattered limiting beliefs in that last pic. Once they’re broken, you can never go back. Those beliefs are shattered for good. All that’s left is an entire new identity, an entire new mentality. One that says anything is possible, that knows when I say I’m going to do something, I’m going to do it, and nothings going to stop me. With absolute certainty.

Cutting out sugar, grains and keeping carbohydrates overall low, while also avoiding seed oils and eating more animal protein and adequate fat has fixed people’s obesity, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, fatty liver, chronic inflammation, chronic pain, etc. The list of prescription medications stopped is endless. When a medication is no longer needed, this simply means the condition that was being treated no longer exists or is “in remission”. I’ll leave the arguments and debates for those who enjoy them, but if you’re chronically ill and want to heal yourself, then give this diet a shot. I hate to call it a diet. Lorenzo came to me with the goal to look his best for his upcoming wedding. After months of trusting the process and putting in the work, he is in a GREAT spot and not done yet either 💪 What did we do? - My Mediterranean flush first, increasing his metabolism, detoxification pathways, and healing the gut. Got him to 3000 kcal immediately without any fat gain - Kept at maintenance to continue to fuel gut microbiome and gut lining. Keeping inflammation low was a main priority - Once digestion was optimal, brought into a small calorie deficit and continued to pull off body fat % at a proper pace - Hit a desired weight loss goal and now reversing calories back up with an emphasis on building muscle & strength Not only has Lorenzo been an amazing client to work with, he continuously learns and puts forth the effort.
