andando da Dresden a Berlino, chissá poi perché?? mi sono accorto che: 1)il brandeburgo é pieno di gente rilassata (sarebbe meglio dire "é vuoto di gente") 2)se vuoi stare da solo, per 8 ore, vai da dresden a Berlino in bici, troverai bellissime strade vuote tra campi e boschi 3) qui ci sono ancora troppe strade fatte da sanpetrini 4) il garmin forerunner 735xt é anche un buon navigatore, a patto di non usare la modalitá GPS ultratrac per risparmiare batteria, in tal caso sbagli strada ogni 5 minuti. 5) mangiare barrette per 8 ore per provare l'alimentazione dell'ironman non é una scelta da gourmet... 6) mi fa male il (µ70 !!!!! #sinnlosesbild #ironman #ironmanhamburg2024 #triathlon

This evening was the perfect night to compete in my first aquathon. An 800m swim around Sale Water Park, followed by a 5km run along the perimeter of the lake. Water temperature was amazing, the run course was flat and uncrowded, even managed to find some lost speed in my legs for the first time since November. No último domingo, 19, ocorreu em Florianópolis a prova do IRONMAN Brasil. A competição, composta por 3,8 km de natação, 180 km de ciclismo e 42,2 km de corrida, reuniu atletas de diversos países, sendo um deles Policial Militar lotado no 7º BPM. O Cabo PM Gabriel da Silva ingressou na corporação em 2011 e faz parte do 7ºBPM há quase 3 anos, atualmente atuante na radiopatrulha, tendo já feito parte do Pelotão de Patrulhamento Tático do 24ºBPM por anos, e também serviu à Força Nacional de Segurança. Segundo policial, o interesse pela surgiu devido à rotina de treinos que se submeteu na preparação para o Estágio de Táticas Policiais, concluído em 2016. Ele relata que mesmo na rotina de escalas, conseguiu conciliar os treinos com o serviço, adaptando dentro do possível. Cabe ressaltar que mesmo faltando 15 dias para a realização da prova, o policial abdicou de alguns dias de suas férias e seus treinos para prestar auxílio nas catástrofes ocorridas no Rio Grande do Sul como voluntário. “Ao me tornar policial militar, sempre admirei as unidades operacionais, e para estar neste ambiente era necessário se destacar. Nessa busca despertei o interesse pelo esporte que ficou adormecido até ter as condições necessárias. Neste tempo, acumulei diversas derrotas que fortaleceram o processo e algumas conquistas que incentivaram a continuar. Conciliar uma vida de treinamentos com a vida profissional requer ainda mais dedicação, além da organização financeira pois o investimento é alto para os padrões. Já em preparação para a prova tive uma fratura no pé que dificultou o processo. Muito tempo e esforço foram investidos, mas fico feliz em representar o 7ºBPM e agradeço ao comando pelo apoio, pois mesmo diante das adversidades, finalizei a prova. Agradeço também, a minha esposa, e família, que são a base que nos sustentam”, relatou o atleta. Recentemente o policial também concluiu o Curso de Patrulha Urbana ministrado pelo 16 BPM, e em 2023 já havia concluído a prova de Iron Man 70.3. It was a busy weekend for TSS triathletes with big Mark York completing one of the toughest triathlons Ironman Lanzarote. Mark comes to me for swim coaching and smashed the swim. Then on Sunday Fiona who is a fully coached triathlete not just swimming absolutely smashed her first half distance triathlon at Outlaw Half Nottingham. Also at Outlaw Half was Doc (Aggy) who also comes for swim coaching, has been doing a lot of pacing duties at various half and full marathons recently. She smashed the bike getting sub 3 hours and PB’d the half distance getting her first sub 6hrs 30 minutes time. Also on Sunday, myself, Darren, Dan and Mollie completed the Southport Standard Triathlon and Phil completed the Southport Sprint Triathlon. I PB’d the swim distance, PB’d this bike course and PB’d the race knocking 2 mins off the last 2 years times, finishing 5th in AG and 39/354 overall. Darren, Dan, Mollie and Phil are all swim coached by me and all had cracking swim times, especially considering it was Dan and Phil’s first open water race and they’ve only been having swimming lessons for a few months. Massive respect to Mollie, who couldn’t stop being sick on the run but wouldn’t quit and made sure she crossed the finishing line 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Young Ben was at St Anne’s Triathlon and finished 6th in a race well stacked with strong athletes, after spending the previous days on his DofE training. Tisdagen träningspass blev ett kvällsjobb. Först löpning i 12min intervaller. 12min @ 4:40 tempo följt av 12min @ 5:15 tempo. Sen växlade jag upp till 12 min @ 4:25 följt av 12min @ 5:20. Ganska skönt och ett bra test på ljumskbråcket. Kändes helt ok så mer av detta tack. Sen blev det ett dopp med lite växlande fart med fokus på teknik. Simningen har blivit lidande pga jobb mm så nu är det bara att hitta tillbaka till en bra rytm. Farten på tävling får bli sekundärt. Hur som. En bra dag. Also wenn ich das nochmal mache, bereite ich mich definitiv etwas gezielter darauf vor. Damit ich vielleicht doch auch auf der Mitteldistanz das Laufen noch lieben lerne 😏. Äh warte mal - wie war das? Beim Laufen hab ich mir noch geschworen, mir so etwas NIE wieder anzutun...ich wusste, dass es keine andere Option gibt, als es ins Ziel zu schaffen. Ich wusste nur nicht, wie es möglich ist, die elendig lange Zeit bis dahin rumzukriegen...etliche Schwämme, Ecken, Becher, Runden und Krämpfe später kam dann aber endlich die Zielgerade 😍 So fertig mit der Welt, körperlich unfähig zu irgendwas, einfach nur am Ende, war ich nach einem Wettkampf glaub noch nie. 18.05.2024 - TRIATLO LONGO DE CAMINHA Bem, eu nem sei bem por onde começar… Primeiro que tudo, ESTÁ FEITO !! Segundo, agradecer a todas as pessoas que tornaram isto possível! @bs.treinos.personalizados , @c.n.c.v.g , pais 🤍 e amigos! Bem, como ja devem ter lido por aí as condições meteorológicas não foram as melhores, muita chuva e algum frio… A Natação, para além da água geladíssima (onde, infelizmente, imensa gente desistiu por risco de hipotermia), foi uma confusão e acabei por me desorientar um bocadinho, quando reparei já me estava a afastar da terceira bóia, o que acabou inevitavelmente por aumentar o meu tempo dentro de água 🤦🏻♀️… mesmo assim deu 33min 54s A bike, apesar da hora/ hora e meia inicial ter sido debaixo de uma nuvem carregadissima e que não queria dar tréguas, até correu bastante bem (2h 55min e 38s), e saí da bike a sentir-me bem… achava eu 🫣… cheguei à corrida, e veio o empeno total, comecei a sentir-me super mal disposta e só entrava mesmo coca-colas (que, para quem não me conhece, é uma coisa que eu odeio, já que não bebo nenhum sumo com gás), acabando em 2h 01min e 06s.😪 Apesar de tudo ainda deu para TOP 10 Nacional (e campeã do escalão 20-24…. Convenhamos que também não era difícil, era “só” acabar 😂). Do pós-prova então nem se fala 🤮🥴… Uma desidratação daquelas tão boa que o sangue mal escorria para as análises!
