Once a week or so I like to "chop wood" in terms of working out. Something 30-45 minutes long where the movements are on the simpler and lighter side but the work takes some time. I was joined today by two hard workers @chukk_22 and @audrey_ruotolo and we all finished sub 40 min. What a great morning working with @adamkoncius and his son Aj!! The opportunity arose for him to join us here at Life time so I did a Father/Son session! This is just some of the exercises we did today and they both had a lot of fun while working hard! I did too! On a serious note, I love the fact that Adam is being an example to his son and showing him the importance of being healthy, working out and staying dedicated to training every week.
