Colar y enfriar con agua. Escurrir bien y reservar. Mezclar los ingredientes del aderezo hasta que el azúcar se disuelva. Mezclar los fideos, los vegetales y el aderezo en un bowl. 🌏 MY EARTH PROJECT ( ver12.PART3・LAST) 「 WHAT I SAW and WHAT I CAN DO」 (私が見たこと 私に出来ること) 東日本大震災から12年が経ちました。 被災地が日々復興していくニュースが流れます。 多くの方々の努力、協力、情熱で、 街や建物が復興しつつあるかも知れないけど、 復興には 目に『見えるもの』と『見えないもの』があると思います。 心の回復は目に見えないし、一人一人違う。 そして、一生付き合っていくことなんだと思う。 『悲しい』とか『辛い』とか『悔しい』とか 言葉では言い表せないことなんだと思う。 想像を超えるような経験や想いをされた上に 今もなお、仮設住宅で暮らしていらっしゃる方々、 被爆の危険にさらされながら原発事故現場で作業されている方々、原発汚染水の海への放水を心配している方々、 風評被害、いじめに合われた方々、 原発事故で被爆され癌を発症された方々… 帰りたくても帰れない故郷… 最近読んだ新聞に、被災地の小学生が書道の授業に書いた言葉がありました。 『もどりたい』『家族』『恐怖』『生きる』『泣かないで』『心配』『津波が来ませんように』『流れる』『生きわかれてもいっしょ』『弟』『会いたい人がいる』『お父さん』『命』『てんごく』『いつかきっとあおう』『ママ』『全力でやったことはむだにはならない』『強く生きる』『あきらめない』『死なない』『死んでもみている』『このことをわすれない』『あの時をわすれない』『決めろ』 人ごとではない。誰にでも起こりうることなんだろうと思う。 日本が被爆したら、私達はどこへ避難すればいい？ 自然災害は防ぐことは出来ないけど、備えることは出来る。 人災は防ぐことが出来るはず。 原発事故、戦争、兵器、軍事基地による被害、 様々な差別、就労苦、生活苦… 私は人災だと思う。 私に何が出来るだろう 今、私に出来ることを考え、小さなことでも実行し続けていこうと思います。 『今、私に出来ること』 1.現状を知ること (新聞、講演会、シンポジウム、映画、本等で学ぶ。 現地へ行って確かめる等) 2.被害に合われた方々のことを、自分ごととして 受け止め、考え、出来ることを見つけたら、 どんなに小さいことでも実行する。 （想像すること、共感すること、温かい言葉がけ、 自分に出来るお手伝い等) 3.実際に見聞きしたことを、慎重に、丁寧に伝たえる。 自分が伝えたことで迷惑される方が出ないように。 そのために、冷静に自分の考え、行動もチェックする。 4.三権(司法、立法、行政)の動きをチェックし、 三権に対し自分の意志を伝える。 (投票、署名への協力等) 🌈🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🌈 当事者の方のお気持ちを考え、発信するか迷ったのですが、 被災された方の現実を、他の方に知ってもらうことが必要だ と思い、 私が見て、感じた、ありのままを伝えることにしました。 12年前にあったことを風化させないために。 国やメディアは、自分たちに差し障りのない事を発信しているように、私には見えるのです。 もし、私が発信したことで傷ついた方がいらっしゃったら、 お詫びします。 被災された方々の願いが一日も早く叶えられること 地球から核のもの（兵器、原発）が無くなることを 毎日祈っています。 🌈🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🌈 ver12.PART3・LAST END 悪い行いをする者が世界を滅ぼすのではない。 それを目にしながらも、何もしない者たちが滅ぼすのだ （アインシュタイン） #戦争 #核 #兵器 #原発 #平和 #地球環境 #命 #地震 #津波 #東日本大震災 #地球温暖化 #原発被災 #原発事故 #税金 #国葬 #war #nuclear #weapon #nuclearpower #peace #earthenvironment #life #earthquake #tsunami #greateastjapanearthquake #globalwarming #nuclearvictim #nuclearaccident #tax #statefuncral
🌏 MY EARTH PROJECT ( ver12.PART2) 「 WHAT I SAW and WHAT I CAN DO」 (私が見たこと 私に出来ること) 東日本大震災から12年が経ちました。 『東日本大震災12年』のシンポジウムでは、震災当日のこと、これ迄どんなことがあったか、今、どういう思いでいるのか等…現場の声や、写真を見ることが出来ました。 講演されたフォトジャーナリストの安田菜津紀さんは、 被災地の写真を撮り続けてきた方。 ご自身のご家族も被災され、 亡くなられた方もいらっしゃいます。 安田さんのお話の一部です。 津波でお父様、奥様、娘さんを亡くされた男性。 どうしても娘さんの遺体が見つからず、その話を知った、沖縄で戦没された方の遺骨を探すボランティアをされている方が、駆けつけて下さり、ご自宅のお庭から 『小さなアゴの骨がついたマフラー』 が奇跡的に見つかったそうです。 自分の子供の姿を想像すると… みぞおちの辺りに重い痛みと、涙が溢れてきました。 避難所でお子さんと避難されたシングルマザーの方。 避難所のまとめ役の男性(その方も被災者)に 性的関係を強要され、断ればここに居られなくなると 脅され… 他に避難する所がなく、子供のことや、この事を明かしたら その避難所が問題になり、他の避難されている方に迷惑をかけると心配し、苦渋の選択で受け入れ、10年後告白。 10年間も一人、心の中で抱えていた… 怒りが込み上げてきました。 もし、自分が同じ立場だったら… 想像を絶する体験をされた後に こんな経験をされていた… 🌈🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🌈 当事者の方のお気持ちを考え、発信するか迷ったのですが、 被災された方の現実を、他の方に知ってもらうことが必要だ と思い、 私が見て、感じた、ありのままを伝えることにしました。 12年前にあったことを風化させないために。 国やメディアは、自分たちに差し障りのない事を発信しているように、私には見えるのです。 もし、私が発信したことで傷ついた方がいらっしゃったら、 お詫びします。 被災された方々の願いが一日も早く叶えられること 地球から核のもの（兵器、原発）が無くなることを 毎日祈っています。 🌈🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🌈 ver12・PART3(LAST)へ続く 👉👉👉 悪い行いをする者が世界を滅ぼすのではない。 それを目にしながらも、何もしない者たちが滅ぼすのだ （アインシュタイン） 🕊🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🕊 To my friends sending me positive comments Thank you so much for your positive comments sincerely❣️ If you like my ideas, Just feel free to use them. This poem comes from Nick Drake's 'The Farewell Glacier' collection, which was compiled after the poet had travelled to the High Arctic as part of the 2010 Cape Farewell expedition. This expedition brought together scientists and creatives on a journey around Svalbard and Spitsbergen. The aim was to harness the power of creative minds to find ways to relay back to the general public, the vast majority of whom will never have the opportunity to experience the Arctic first-hand, the fragility and wonder of this threatened environment. The subject of this particular poem is the British explorer Wally Herbert, who was the first man confirmed to have walked to the North Pole. By the time the British Trans-Arctic Expedition had returned in 1969, although the feat was acknowledged and lauded, it was eclipsed by man landing on the moon. The poem is about the unforgiving, relentless march of progress. You may have heard people talking about the “water intensity” or “water footprint” of foods in relation to climate change… but what does this really mean? The term “water footprint” is used to indicate the amount of fresh water that any given process or activity uses. Growing and processing crops and livestock consumes large quantities of water; therefore, the water footprint of food is high. Due to increased consumption of animal products, this has had a terrible effect on people all over the globe. Over the last two decades, the share of water accessible to each person has declined by more than 20% on average. Now, one in six people on the planet, or about 1.2 billion, live in agrarian regions where water is lacking at times or is chronically scarce, affecting their ability to feed their families and sell produce. These circumstances are exacerbated in developing countries like Bangladesh, which rely heavily on agriculture for their income.
