Це як ритуал, яким я ніби залучаю додаткову енергію для виконання завдання ☺️ І ось декілька разів вже було одне й те саме: в мене з’являється ця стихійна потреба, я спеціально вдягаюсь, виходжу на вулицю в магазин Жабка (єдине місце поряд де можна купити чашечку кави), а магазин з якихось причин не працює (чи то рахують товар чи то ще якась халепа)… Це не Україна, де кава на кожному кроці, тому в умовах обмеженого часу - альтернативи немає. В такі моменти я відчуваю розчарування і сум, адже я вже декілька разів намалювала у голові, як п‘ю смачну каву, і тут ‚облом‘… Я програла. Але цього тижня, коли був черговий раз такого ‚програшу’ я вирішила не блокувати розчарування, а просто максимально побула в цьому стані програшу, проживаючи смуток втрати гарної ідеї. І коли моя ‚Внутрішня дитина‘ заспокоїлась, з’явилася інша більш усвідомлена стратегічна ідея (напевно від ‚Внутрішнього дорослого‘): купити пачку кави і мати її вдома на такі випадки. Я записала собі це в план на день, і в той же день реалізувала. Отже про що це я? Ми програємо майже кожного дня: щось пішло не по плану, запізнилися на зустріч, витратили більше грошей, ніж планували… В середині з’являється сум, гнів, але ми їх подавляємо і зазвичай ми просто швидко перегортаємо сторінку, щоб не розчаровуватись. Нам хочеться, щоб усе було ідеально, хочеться завжди вигравати, щоб усе було так, як ми хочемо. Але, ми не помічаємо, який ресурс є у Програші і як ми можемо використати його, щоб стати сильнішими і легко викрати завтра. На жаль схоже відбувається, і коли ми перемагаємо, але ‚на надриві‘, витративши надресури. Отримуючи перемогу вже зараз, коли ми не пройшли уроки, ми обов’язково програємо завтра. Тому коли ‚програєш‘ варто просто побути з цим і запитати себе: ☀️Про що це для мене? ☀️І що я можу зробити вже сьогодні, щоб цього не повторилося завтра? Де Ви програли нещодавно? Ich bin enttäuscht Von diesem System, in dem keine Zeit für etwas bleibt. In dem man oft die Klappe halten muss, um keinen negativen Konsequenzen ausgesetzt zu werden, obwohl man im Recht ist. In dem man Angst haben muss man selbst zu sein, weil manche Schubladen viel akzeptierter sind als in keiner zu sein. In dem ich das Gefühl habe mir keine Zeit für mich nehmen zu können. In dem ich Verantwortung für alles und jeden übernehme, weil es mir so beigebracht wurde. In dem ich seit Jahren zu Ärzt*innen gehe und nach nicht auffälligen Testungen als gesund bezeichnet werde. In dem man es nicht schafft ohne Ausfälle an der Arbeit Termine für Vorsorgen, Behandlungen und die eigene Gesundheit wahrzunehmen. In dem jeder weiß, dass Stress nicht gut ist, aber nichts verändert wird, sondern Stress eher gefördert wird. In dem man als weibliche Person seinen Standort schickt, wenn man auf ein Date mit einem Mann geht. In dem körperliche Erkrankungen gesellschaftlich immer noch viel anerkannter sind als psychische Erkrankungen. In dem Ideale von Schönheit und Erfolg nicht erreichbar sind und trotzdem weiter verkauft werden. In dem immer noch Unterschiede gemacht werden zwischen Menschen bezüglich ihrer Herkunft. In dem Recht nichts mit Gerechtigkeit zu tun hat. In dem Gleichberechtigung groß geschrieben aber bei langem noch nicht richtig umgesetzt wurde. In dem man erfolgreicher ist, wenn man von anderen profitiert anstatt mit anderen zu profitieren. In dem Wirtschaftlichkeit viel mehr zählt als Menschlichkeit. In dem LAUTER mehr Gewicht hat als leiser. In dem wir Zivilcourage mehr in Videos sehen als in Realität. In dem wir unsere Bedürfnisse groß schreiben und die der anderen nichtmal bemerken. In dem wir viel öfter mit Enttäuschung konfrontiert werden. In dem Tränen vergossen werden und Leid geschieht und wir es nur sehen, wenn es neben oder uns selbst zugefügt wird. Das SYSTEM sind WIR. Wir sind ALLE ein Teil davon. Wir treffen Entscheidungen mit denen wir entweder dieses System, wie es jetzt ist, unterstützen oder wir mit unseren Entscheidungen einen Weg zur Veränderung bahnen. ‘Measuring the drapes’ a phrase mostly used in political circles or spaces means: to make premature and unnecessary preparations for victory. Met up with a cousin and we went back memory lane. He’s particularly a great story teller and a great self critic. Our conversations inspired this write up. (He’s aware I’m sharing) More than 20 years ago he was honoured in his ethnic community for various contributions. What followed was a promise for a political office which was in my estimation a very “far cry”. I believed it was hierarchical and so should be decently gradual. Plus, he was very non-partisan. Well, after purchases of Toyota Hiluxes for his security team, a few boats, ( because it was in the riverine areas) a huge bus for transit and several visits and entertainment, his wife saw the true picture and adviced him to keep his cash. But it was all in his head ; the whole idea tickled his fancy, and so he went into rigorous planning. In about 4 months everything had come and gone. He was already being called HONOURABLE “in faith”. He had worked on his residence to make it befitting for his new position, he had built a mini modern market, he had “wet the palm” of several “loyalists” and I dare say, opportunists. But it was all wrong! Faith was misused I guess.
