I used to wonder why I couldn’t eat like a ‘normal person.’ I used to hate how I would wake up, eat perfect, and around 3PM, I would eat everything in sight. Didn't picture much yesterday as I had a very busy day at work. Chicken and veg at lunchtime, followed by chilli and cauliflower rice, then had a lindahl yoghurt at the end of the day with some dark chocolate. On peut se dire alors que manger des calories avant ou après les légumes n'a pas grande importance, mais il a été remarqué que les sujets affamés mangeaient 𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐞́ 𝐥𝐞 𝟏𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐞́. Près de 𝟓𝟎% 𝐝𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 que les sujets repus. En clair, 𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐢 𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐦 absorbent beaucoup 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, de par la taille de leur assiette, mais aussi parce qu'ils 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 des aliments plus caloriques. Si vous essayez actuellement de 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨̂𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐬, alors privilégiez vos légumes en 1er lors d'un repas. "Quel intérêt de manger mes brocolis en 1er dans mon assiette, puisque je vais les manger de toute façon"? Tout simplement parce qu'en mangeant vos légumes d'abord, 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞́𝐭𝐞́ 𝐩𝐞𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐧'𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐳 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞.
