Jak już tutaj wspominałam bardzo lubię bywać w Warszawie. Tym razem okazja była szczególna, ponieważ w związku z przyjazdem z Kalifornii do Europy mojej ciotecznej bratanicy Nutki i jej męża Christiana, zorganizowaliśmy w stolicy mały zjazd rodzinny 💖 Młodsze pokolenie rozpierzchło się po świecie od Australii po Kalifornię i każda okazja do spotkania to ogromna przyjemność. W przerwie spotkań udało mi się wpaść do Muzeum Narodowego na polecaną przez Kaję @konserwatorka.kaja wystawę pt."Surrealizm". Największe wrażenie wywarł na mnie obraz Tadeusza Wojciechowskiego pt. "Szepty"-fot.nr 2. Przy okazji zajrzałam też, jak zwykle, do Galerii Malarstwa Polskiego i trochę pobawiłam się z obrazami😊 Zwróćcie, proszę uwagę na jakże modne obecnie obuwie z obrazu "Muza" Józefa Mehoffera z końca XIX wieku - ostatnie zdjęcie. Our bodies are SO incredible. When we were little, tuning into our bodies and expressing our needs was second nature. What may seem like just an annoying headache, exhaustion, trouble sleeping, or brain fog… are actually moments when your body is speaking to you. What if you gave yourself permission to slow down and listen? When you invite compassion and curiosity, your body will tell you when it needs rest, when it craves nourishment, when a boundary has been crossed, when it longs for movement, when it’s overwhelmed, and so on. ☀️ Dinsdag; dag 2/6. Wakker worden met fluitende vogeltjes & het zonnetje, heerlijk! Vandaag zijn we gaan zwemmen, heerlijk zwembad & een heel leuk gedeelte voor de kleintjes! Zo’n drie uur vermaakt om bij het huisje vrolijk verder te gaan met een watergevecht, boys will be boys haha. Na het eten nog even een rondje wandelen, spelen in de speeltuin met andere kindjes om vervolgens in dit hoge kasteel te eindigen 🤣 Wat ik dus heerlijk vind aan dit soort vakanties is dat je urenlang buiten leeft, zo zaten wij de hele avond samen spelletjes te spelen, iets wat we thuis toch vaak vergeten. 4/5 - La slow life 🌿 Je vous ai dit qu'on en avait pour la semaine 🤭. Alors oui, je continue encore et encore parce que vraiment, c'est un sujet qui m'inspire terriblement. Ma réflexion ne fait que commencer puisque pour le moment je ne vous partage que ce que j'ai dans la tête. J'ai envie de lire davantage sur le sujet, pour m'inspirer et m'améliorer. Si vous avez des recommandations à me faire de livre, de blog ou de NL à lire sur la Slow Life, je prends. Quelles sont les peurs, les croyances, les idées qui vous empêchent le plus de créer la vie qui vous convienne ? Qui se rapproche le plus de vos aspirations ? En programmant ce post je me demande aussi si, finalement, tout cela n'est juste pas une excuse pour remettre encore une fois en cause le salariat ? Parce que finalement le problème c'est peut-être pas qu'il est incompatible avec une vie plus lente, mais juste que je ne me sens pas bien dans ce modèle. Et ça, je le sais, je le réfléchis au moins depuis que je suis rentrée dans le monde du travail... Mais la sécurité financière, ah celle-ci... 📸✨ BANQUETTE CLIC CLAC ✨📸 Lors de l’achat de Sullyvan, une banquette était déjà présente, mais elle était trop large, avec des mousses abîmées et tachées. De plus, la charnière clic-clac ne permettait pas d’avoir les deux parties du lit alignées après avoir rehaussé la fin du lit de 15 cm (voir post précédent). L’objectif : réduire la banquette, changer les mousses et les housses (cousues main) et remplacer la charnière. Swipe ➡️ 1️⃣ Photo de la banquette initiale 2️⃣ Démontage de la banquette (fixée à la carrosserie) et réduction de la taille 3️⃣ Réalisation du premier coffrage et désillusion : les charnières clic clac ne sont pas adaptées à la rehausse 4️⃣ Une bombe de WD40 après (et quelques doigts en moins), les nouvelles charnières sont prêtes à être fixées 5️⃣ La banquette est peinte, les charnières fixées … arrive bientôt le moment de vérité 6️⃣ Installation de la banquette, on rabote les angles 7️⃣ Découpe de la mousse pour chacune des parties de la banquette et du matelas arrière 8️⃣ Session couture des housses avec l’aide précieuse des grands-mères 9️⃣ La banquette est enfin terminée et on est vraiment soulagés et fiers ! C’est sans aucun doute la partie la plus difficile que nous avons eu à réaliser. Travailler à l’aveugle sans côtes a rendu les choses complexes, mais le coin lit est désormais fini.
