TODAY'S TEA TOMORROW: #257 RASPBERRY CREAM This recipe uses our #257 RASPBERRY CREAM and is accented with a raspberry simple syrup. Try it this weekend and let us know what you think. RASPBERRY CREAM SWEET TEA COCKTAIL Ingredients 1 ounce raspberry honey simple syrup 1 ½ ounce honey liqueur ½ ounce bourbon 1 cup #257 RASPBERRY CREAM, brewed and chilled additional raspberries for garnish Raspberry Honey Simple Syrup ¾ cup water ¾ cup honey 1 ½ cup raspberries Instructions Combine ice, simple syrup, honey liqueur and bourbon in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with iced #257 RASPBERRY CREAM tea. Garnish with raspberries. To prepare simple syrup In a small pot, combine the water, honey and raspberries and simmer over medium heat. When the mixture starts to boil, reduce heat to low. Our time in Ovacik was truly amazing, and we now understand why everyone loves it so much! 😍🇹🇷 It’s hard to believe that 48 hours have already passed since then! We’re already longing to go back! Anyway, here are some photos from our time there, along with answers to the questions we received last week: Regarding our villa, flights, and booking: Yes, we booked everything separately. We flew with @easyjet on the 7am flight, which was much more convenient for the kids. We found an amazing villa called @villa_bozkurt through Facebook, thanks to Luke. It was just a 15-minute walk to the @celayhotel , where our family was staying and where we stayed last year. The location was perfect, and we had a great time with everyone. Our villa was also only a 10-minute walk to Hisarönü and a short taxi ride to Ölüdeniz and Fethiye, where there is so much to do and explore. Our villa host, Kate, arranged a private transfer for us, which cost £90 for a round trip and was paid upon arrival. If you’re wondering what there is to do in the area, let me assure you that you won’t be bored! Our itinerary was quite relaxed, but we managed to do a few things. - Hisaronu: This is the perfect place for shopping, nightlife, and food. Some of our favorite places to eat were the curry house called Shine, the all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant called Chinese Rose, and Pepediz Steak, a beautiful steakhouse Luke’s Auntie Denise, Nat Nat and Craigy took us. 🥩 - Ölüdeniz: This is a great spot for the beach and the famous Blue Lagoon (also known as Billy’s Beach). During the season, you can also enjoy watching paragliders landing in front of you.
