I worked really hard for this. Not just the learning part, but the time,energy,patience and sacrifices it required from me. I couldn’t have done it with out the amazing Core Power Yoga team. @corepoweryoga has been with me from the beginning of me moving to SD almost 5 years ago. First day I got here Looked up yoga,cpy popped up,Hillcrest location, a week later I found my La mesa home and the rest is history. Cpy has always been good to me. BUT,It takes a village to help you be a better you and @nxptmade and the @nxptfit community stood by me the entire way as well. In so many valuable ways. In Brazil, we don’t have 4 defined seasons... and as long as I know San Diego is not the best example of defined 4 seasons, the days during the winter are very short... that is a challenge for dieting... short days call for wine, cheese and comfort food... One strategy I am using to avoid this food “trap” is to go bed a little earlier... it’s about training too. And I found my day more productive with this extra sleeping time. But, I need to say... I wake up every morning (including Sunday) between 5 and 530am... I get ready, I eat my breakfast and drive to the gym... I don’t think a lot about it, it’s a habit and I’m being pretty consistent with this routine for the last year or so... working out in the morning works better to me as I am never sure about when I can wrap up my working day! It takes some time and discipline to create a habit but in a mid term it helps to achieve your goals!
