after a restless night, I went for a sunrise walk and came upon my childhood park. I randomly decided to swing on the swing set. I felt so silly, a grown woman swinging at the park at 7am 😂 but I felt a RUSH of childlike joy. When your in cycle of dysfunction it can be very hard to break that cycle you’re in . How to know if you’re in a toxic cycle ? You keep getting the same type of toxic characteristics traits in different people. You end up in the same toxic situations and circumstances with different people;same results. That’s when you have to look in the mirror and say ; what kind of healing work or trauma wounds, do I need to heal to end this cycle in my life. That’s why healing and doing shadow work is so important because the universe is trying to let you know that it’s time evolve and ascend to a higher consciousness.

after a restless night, I went for a sunrise walk and came upon my childhood park. I randomly decided to swing on the swing set. I felt so silly, a grown woman swinging at the park at 7am 😂 but I felt a RUSH of childlike joy. Puede ser algo muy positivo que te impulse a conseguir todo aquello que te propongas. Pero si en tu infancia siempre te decían que no ibas a llegar a ningún lado y que tus ideas eran descabelladas, es posible que visualizarte emprendiendo un gran proyecto te dé un poquito de ansiedad porque sientas que no estás a la altura y que no es para ti. Y eso te puede llevar a que entierres ese lado de ti que es ambicioso. 👇 👉Con el “trabajo de tus sombras”podrás descubrir por qué la ambición es algo que rechazas y podrás pavimentar el camino para poder explotarla y, quizás, llevar a cabo ese proyecto con el que soñabas de joven!👇 Para trabajar en tus sombras te sugiero te hagas las siguientes preguntas y empieces a escribir un diario o “shadow work journal”: ¿Qué hace que mi corazón se sienta pesado? ¿Qué partes de mi la escondo de los demás? ¿Digo mi verdad y comparto lo que siento con los demás?
