Nepra Hearing: Projections Of A 33% Increase In Capacity Payments To IPPs For The Next Fiscal Year, Reaching Rs2.8 Trillion Pakistani consumers are grappling with soaring electricity bills due to escalating capacity payments to independent power producers. In the fiscal year 2023/24, capacity payments accounted for 71% of power purchase prices, with consumers burdened by charges reaching Rs16.22 per unit for capacity and Rs6.73 per unit for energy. Projections for fiscal year 2024/25 indicate a one-third increase in capacity payments to Rs2.8 trillion from Rs2.1 trillion, further straining consumers’ finances. During a NEPRA public hearing, concerns were raised over the impact of high electricity prices on industrial operations, with many units already closing down. CPPA scenarios suggest a potential Rs5 per unit hike, adding Rs310 billion to consumers’ bills, with total power purchase prices expected to reach Rs3.58 trillion. Capacity payments will constitute a significant portion of this, ranging from Rs2.1 trillion to Rs2.8 trillion. Semaine 15 : Relation Si bien des choses sont difficiles pendant la grossesse, il en est une qui est unique et merveilleuse, c’est bien le fait de sentir son bébé bouger. Je connaissais ces sensations, je les avais déjà vécues et pourtant je les avais oublié. Alors pour cette grossesse, je m’arrête systématiquement lorsque mon bébé bouge et je me connecte un moment à lui. Je l’imagine donnant un coup de pied contre la paroi pour se projeter (comme lors de la première échographie morphologique) et glisser comme sur un toboggan. Je l’imagine faisant des torsades, attrapant son cordon, son pied… Bref, je rentre dans un monde de projection vers mon bébé. Ces fantasmes ou projections, je le sais, sont très utiles pour s’attacher à mon bébé in utero. Si les sensations physiques de mouvement permettent de concrétiser la grossesse, de la rendre réelle à mes yeux, la conception imaginaire de notre bébé est aussi précieuse. Alors, s’il est vrai que mes projections sont probablement édulcorées ou inadaptées au réel de qui est mon bébé, j'en ai besoin pour créer du lien avec lui. Ce n’est que lors de la naissance qu’il passera du bébé fantasmé au bébé réel. Nous les êtres humains, nous sommes des êtres de relation. Nous vivons de connexion, d’émotions, de partage, de toucher. Sans tout cela, il est facile de se laisser dépérir. Ce fut le cas des bébés de l’expérience de Frédéric II de Hohenstaufen. Privés de langage et de contact d’amour avec leurs donneurs de soin, ces bébés, pourtant nourris et changés, se sont laissés mourir. Alors nous pouvons aisément comprendre combien ces premiers élans affectifs vers nos bébés sont précieux. Même si nos bébés sont fantasmés, nos premiers liens sont le terreau de la relation future qui s’établira après la naissance. Cultivons donc cette connexion in utero avec nos bébés.
