Teste às cegas Tamdhu 12 43% Macallan 12 Sherry. 40% Bunnahabhain 12 46,3% O Tamdhu, ao meu ver, foi o mais equilibrado, mais bem acabado. O Macallan 12 Sherry se mostrou tão complexo quanto mas na comparação pareceu ralo, faltando untuosidade. O Bunnahabahain 12 apesar de complexo na comparação direta pareceu bruto, faltando uma ligação mais suave entre as camadas de sabor. Todos são muito bons, mas em 1º colocaria o Tamdhu 12, seguido do Bunnahabhain 12 e em terceiro o Macallan 12 Sherry, talvez se o Macallan 12 Sherry fosse menos diluído, vindo com 43% ou 46% de ABV minha preferência fosse outra. 1º lugar Tamdhu 12: Olfato: o mais complexo, banana, laranja, sherry leve; no Paladar: cereja, doce, ameixa, madeira; Final: médio +, doce, baunilha, mentolado. 2º Bunnahabhain 12: Olfato: sherry, doce, leve picância, sândalo; Paladar: leve picância, calda de açúcar queimado, muito doce, baunilha, malte, um resquício de turfa; Final: médio ++, vai do doce ao amargo, voltando o doce numa escala crescente. 3º Macallan 12 Sherry: Olfato: o mais intenso no sherry, baunilha, ameixa; Paladar: o mais ralo, de menor untuosidade, calda de açúcar queimado, baunilha, uma cinza muito leve, madeira; Final: curto deixando a boca doce como residual. @tamdhuwhisky @the_macallan @bunnahabhain #whisky #singlemalt #whiskey #SingleMalt #Scotch #Whisky #WhiskyLife #WhiskyLover #InstaWhisky #theglaincairnglass #glaincairn

Ce soir dégustation du Longmorn 29 ans de SMOS. Premier tête à tête pour moi avec cette distillerie. Mon ressenti : Au nez plutôt floral quelques notes boisées et un alcool plutôt présent (30 mn d'aération). La première gorgée est très déstabilisante. Le floral a disparu, l'alcool plutôt agressif réveil au clairon l'ensemble du palais. Les gorgées suivantes sont très agréables. J'y trouve des notes de miel, de cuir, un retour un peu métallique.
