মাদকের অভিশাপ থেকে মুক্তির উপায়ঃ- ✅ পরিবারের কেউ যাতে মাদকদ্রব্যের সাথে জড়িয়ে পড়তে না পারে সে ব্যাপারে সর্বদা সতর্ক থাকতে হবে। ✅ পারিবারিক বন্ধন শক্তিশালী করা, কাজের ফাঁকে ফাঁকে সন্তানদের সময় দেয়া, তাদের নিয়মিত খোঁজ-খবর নেয়া, তাদের বই পড়া, খেলাধুলা ও সাংস্কৃতিক কর্মকান্ড ও সুস্থ বিনোদন ব্যবস্থা করা। ✅ সন্তানের সামনে স্বামী-স্ত্রী বিরোধ না করা, নিজেরা সংযত জীবনযাপন এবং সন্তানদের ছোটবেলা থেকে সংযত জীবন যাপনের নৈতিক শিক্ষা দেয়া। পরিবারে ধর্মীয় মূল্যবোধ এবং ধর্মীয় অনুশাসনের বিকাশ ঘটানো। ✅ পরিবারে কোন মাদকাসক্ত ব্যক্তি থাকলে তাকে অপরাধী না ভেবে এবং তার প্রতি ঘৃণা প্রকাশ কিংবা তাকে উপেক্ষা না করে বরং একজন অসুস্থ ব্যক্তি হিসেবে সাহায্য ও ভালবাসার হাত বাড়িয়ে দ্রুত তার চিকিৎসার ব্যবস্থা করা। ✅ সন্তানের সামনে ধূমপান বা নেশা না করা, ধূমপান বা নেশার উপকরণের ব্যাপারে সন্তানের কোন স্বাভাবিক অনুসন্ধিৎসাকে উপযুক্ত ব্যাখ্যা এবং জবাবের মাধ্যমে নিবৃত করা এবং এর কুফল সম্পর্কে তাকে বুঝানো। ✅ সন্তানের চালচলন, কথাবার্তা, অন্যের সাথে মেলামেশা, ঘরের বাইরে যাওয়া এবং সময়মত ফিরে আসা, খাওয়া-দাওয়া, মেজাজ, আচরণ, অভ্যাস ইত্যাদি সম্পর্কে গভীরভাবে পর্যবেক্ষন করতে হবে। সন্দেহজনক কিছু দেখলে সে সম্পর্কে খোঁজ নিতে হবে। ✅ সন্তানকে অতি শাসন বা অতিআদর করা এবং যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারন ছাড়া সন্তানের হাতে টাকা পয়সা দেয়া উচিত নয়। কোন কাজে সন্তানের অসফলতায় শাস্তি নয়, সান্তনা ও পরামর্শের হাত বাড়িয়ে দিতে হবে। ✅ সন্তান একরোখা, স্বেচ্ছাচারী, জেদী, কলহপ্রবণ, মারমুখী কিংবা দূর্বল ব্যক্তিত্বের অধিকারী হলে শৈশবেই তার মনস্তাত্তিক বিকাশের চেষ্টা করা এবং তাকে আত্ববিশ্বাসি, সচেতন ও সুস্থ্য শিশু হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে হবে। নতুবা বড় হলে সহজেই অন্যের প্রভাবে মাদকাসক্ত হতে পারে। ✅ মাদক অপরাধ দমনের যেকোন কাজে সরকারী বা বেসরকারী সংস্থাকে সাহায্য করা। ✅ অবৈধ মাদকদ্রব্য বিক্রি বা চোরাচালান হতে দেখলে আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী সংস্থাকে খবর দেয়া। ✅ পাড়ায় পাড়ায় অবৈধ মাদক ক্রয়-বিক্রয় বা ব্যবহারের বিরুদ্ধে গনপ্রতিরোধ গড়ে তোলা। মাদকাসক্তি একটি সামাজিক সমস্যা, এটি একটি সামাজিক ব্যাধি। সামাজিক আন্দোলনের মাধ্যমেই, একে নির্মূল করা সম্ভব। #holycare #drugfreelife #drugawareness #drugsafety #drugrecovery #drugaddictionhelp #drugrehabilitation #drugfreeyouth #drugfreesociety #addiction #awareness #Dhaka #Bangladesh #হলিকেয়ার #ঢাকা #বাংলাদেশ #মাদক_নিরাময়কেন্দ্র

She says, “In 2015, after a very long history of using alcohol to self-medicate for depression, anxiety and chronic stress I reached a point where I was not only psychologically addicted but also physically addicted – i.e. I had to drink to function (I ticked that very final box of the list of questions that come up when we google ‘am I an alcoholic’ - I was drinking in the mornings). This coincided with peri-menopause – I had never heard of it, & my GP (who, looking back, I suspect was going through similar) didn’t recognise it either.
