Witnessing my vulnerability. Unstuck, unhurt, unbeatable- that’s Anahata. 💚 My body is in expansion mode and having a hard time keeping up with the spiritual upgrades as a result of the eclipse’s chaotic energy and spiritual downloads. I was experiencing a lot of grief, and anger, and stored negative energy in the form of rashes covering my neck, chest, stomach, heart, and chin. Shingles too. I canceled appointments, took time off to rest, confronted my ego about the causes and reasons, and then grieved deeply. I visited the doctor, rested more, played countless hours of healing frequencies, filled the house with sound healing, watched some Gossip Girl, and finally, I took out my colored pencils, journal, and my Kali Ma Oracle, who guides my soul through this dark night of the soul initiation and the rebirth of a phoenix heart as a mother anew. She was present when I brought my daughter into the world, and when I founded Healing Arts and Lit From Within. I welcomed her return, knowing that this will be another significant milestone, and her assistance is both welcome and necessary. What’s surfacing What’s healing What’s coming 🌑What’s Surfacing I miss my temple body sisters and the love of the sacred fires of initiation that brought enough stillness for me to discover clarity and wisdom through transformative alchemy. My kundalini was awakened, and my journey towards sacred union began. Satya, which means “truth,” opened my heart to realms and dimensions I had never imagined. I often talk about signs from spirit and not taking anything for granted. All that we experience is a clue to something much greater, so can you imagine the awe I was in as we were road tripping along the southern coastline of Australia this last week and a koala crawls onto the road in front of us. We stop the car, this koala just looking at us for a few moments before it then shuffles across the road and up the nearest tree!!! In all the years I have grown up in and travelled the roads of Australia I have never experienced this. What a beautiful sign of exactly what needed to come forth this week. Write this koala frequency number on paper, and tape it facing inwards on your glass of water to activate your water overnight, drink it first thing in the morning 20 min before anything else. This water absorbs into your physical body to help create positive shifts through mind body and soul that you need to receive. Also, take a moment to activate it assertively into your energy field now by: 1. Placing your right hand on your heart, your left hand up. Visualise the energy flowing through that right hand as it channels into the heart portal to be received bringing an empowered energy that was not there before. 2. El Sistema Nervioso👇🏻 Algunas cosas que pueden ayudar a regularlo son: Autoobservación (meditación, escritura, consciencia plena, respiraciones conscientes, etc) Beber suficiente Agua (el cuerpo mientras menos hidratado está menos agua pide, por eso es necesario que aunque no tengas sed bebas la cantidad adecuada de agua) Gratitud genuina Grounding -> caminar descalsos 🌱 Descanso (hay muchos tipos de descanso, solo permite que sea un espacio reconfortante y sin culpa) Usar algún tipo de calor, poner tus manos en una taza caliente puede ayudarte a regular tu Sistema nervioso Masajear tu Nervio vago Dormir las horas suficientes Nota: estos consejos pueden ayudarte, pero recuerda que para regular algo hay que conocerlo y eso solo tú lo puedes hacer, estos tips son complementarios a tu camino. Una de las cosas que me ayuda a regular mi sistema nervioso es practicar el discernimiento con lo que observó, con lo que escucho y veo, pues somos cómo esponjas, para tener el camino libre de “basura” Y así elegir aquello que nos conecta con nuestro templo interno. Todo lo que parece amenazante realmente no lo es, aunque la mente lo toma como si fuera un león que quiere hacernos daño, para cambiar nuestra reacción frente a esto debemos llegar a la raíz, no a lo que hace que reacciones desde el miedo o ansiedad sino aquello que nos hace sentir como en casa, enfocarnos en eso y luego acompañarnos en este proceso y sostenernos. 🌬️🌱 Cada paso que das cuenta, recuerda descansar sin culpa.
