What a CARNIVORE day in my life looks like. This is yesterday’s breakfast, lunch, and supper. I have been increasing my animal fat intake and this was day two of having increased it. By the end of the day, I still had LOADS of energy. When it came to supper, I really didn’t feel like eating, and quite honestly I felt like I’d had my fill of fat🤢. I’ve always been a fat lover, so I just knew my body was telling me to lay off the fat for the rest of the day. I eventually felt a bit hungry, and as I soaked in my bath, my husband brought me a few chicken wings to snack on😂. Now that’s what I call a PERFECT carnivore lifestyle!😄 The wings never went down so well because I was still feeling like I’d had too much fat. The wings were oven fried in the leftover fat from the Tomahawk Steak. It was perfectly delicious, but seriously, my body just refused to let me have some more😆. I wasn’t feeling so great, and I had a kombucha, but it never helped much except to bloat me 🎈🤪. I had absolutely NO hope of showing a weight loss this morning, but the scale says that I’m down another 400g today! That was a pleasant surprise😂😅. What’s NOT in this picture? 👉🏼Over 2 litres of water 👉🏼2 coffees 👉🏼1 tea 👉🏼1 kombucha What I freaken LOVE about The Carnivore WOL (way of life🤪) is that it doesn’t mask food problems. If I eat or drink something that my body doesn’t like or want, it lets me clearly know. There aren’t loads of other foods or ingredients that can hide in the shadows while wreaking havoc. Yesterday was a good day. I’m SO GRATEFUL that this lifestyle is helping me to discern my body’s needs more clearly. I’ve been paying attention to what my body has been telling me for years now and it has saved me from many problems, but eating the standard “healthy” diet of fruit and veg has confused me and made it possible for issues to go undetected.
