Soon we will be moving into our very own space, a 2100 square foot space right across the parking lot from where we are now. We have been extremely fortunate to be able to grow alongside X-caliber CrossFit. We could not have done it without Jordan and Richie who were so kind to share their space and positive energy with us. We will be forever grateful and look forward to continuing our friendship with their gym. The Crossfit gym is under the sole direction of Jordan at this time because sadly Richie Lancaster passed away unexpectedly. We will forever remember Richie's contributions to our community and also Big Ivy PT. We have now grown too large to efficiently share space. The new 2100 square foot space at 3 Garrison Road will have three private treatment rooms and two semi-private treatment areas as well as a fully outfitted gym with all the equipment we use to work with our patients including all the bands, weights, bikes, etc. that we could ever need. We are launching our own small group fitness training program which will be overseen by the physical therapy staff. It will be held for several hours in the morning and several hours in the evenings Monday through Friday with morning hours on Saturdays as well. We will also expand our acupuncture and massage offerings. Look for brilliant new staff coming on board as well. We have some very exciting prospects for new staff members which we will keep you posted on. Also, please be on the lookout for our grand opening celebration as well as special deals only available to our previous and current clients. As we begin to launch our new location and programs, we will be enticing you with bargains to try our new services. LifeLong Strong program will continue to be offered at X-Caliber CrossFit and taught by Angel or other physical therapy staff. Starting May 6th, LifeLong Strong will be offered Monday through Friday at 1:00 p.m. as well as Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:00 a.m. Please contact us with any questions about the new facility and new programs that we offer! I had a great time teaching, guiding, and hanging out with Tom this past weekend. Tom is an avid bass fisherman from South GA, but this was his first time fly fishing. The trip did not start out at all as planned. Let's just say, we had planned on orange juice; but instead, God gave us lemons.
