Manzanilla "La Gitana" is made from Palomino Fino grapes that are carefully cultivated in white albaniza soils (+80% calcium carbonate) that are very precious in order to obtain very fine and high-quality musts. The grapes come from the “El Cuadarado” Estate located in the historic Balbaina Alta estate. It is considered one of the payments with the greatest altatic influence of all the payments of Jerez Superior. Description The Must obtained from this farm has perfect characteristics for breeding Manzanilla and it derives much of its peculiar salinity from there. The wines enter the soleras that date back to 1792 and are three years in the San Fermin Winery in the lower neighbourhood of Sanlucar, where the exposure to the River is direct. (300 meters from the shore) After three years they go to our main winery in San Fermin for another two - three more years, where they finish being refined and polished in the fat barrels that date from the beginning of the construction of the winery and that They have never moved from their original location. During all this time (5-6 years), the wines have passed through the Criaderas and Soleras system, always under the continuous care of the Flor veil that makes this wine a miracle and protects it from oxidation. I adore this 1985 Mouton Rothschild. This bottle here, bought a few years ago from a private, cold and wet cellar, was definitely not the right one for collectors of Mouton labels. But it was perfect for collectors of Mouton memories. This was „tout Mouton“, still so fresh and lively with beguiling cassis fruit, minty with saddle leather and lead pencil minerality, a very balanced, elegant and harmonious dream - WT95. Those Bordeaux from 1985 were never blockbusters, but always very elegant with wonderful fruit. The best like this Mouton, or - to name just a few - Lynch Bages, Palmer, Cheval Blanc, Lafleur, Margaux and Leoville las Cases are seemingly immortal, just beautiful wines, still worth any search. Επιλέξαμε από τέσσερις περιοχές της Τοσκάνης αντιπροσωπευτικά κρασιά από ετικέτες που βρίσκονται στα ράφια του V-oino για να νιώσουμε πως εκφράζονται τα κρασιά της περιοχής Η περιοχή βρίσκεται στην Κεντροδυτική Ιταλία στις πόλεις Φλωρεντία, Σιέννα, Πίζα 🍷🍷🇮🇹🇮🇹. Η βασική ποικιλία είναι το Sangiovese. Στο Chianti Classico, Chianti εμφιαλώνονται μονοποικιλιακά Sangiovese ή σε χαρμάνι σε μικρές ποσότητες από τοπικές ή Γαλλικές ποικιλίες. Στο Brunello di Montalcino εμφιαλώνονται μόνο μονοποικιλιακά Sangiovese. Ενώ στο Bolgheri επιτρέπονται να παράγονται αποκλειστικά κρασιά από Γαλλικές ποικιλίες. Κάποιοι παραγωγοί προσθέτουν ένα μικρό ποσοστό στο χαρμάνι από Sangiovese ή τοπικές ποικιλίες. Τα κρασιά της συγκεκριμένης περιοχής ονομάζονται (super tuscans). ●Chianti Classico DOCG.
