Over 16 weeks, client Simon (in his 30s and 5 ’9), was able to lose 8lbs (3.6kg) fitting in a couple of stag dos (including his own), various drinking socials, and whilst working a very demanding high-pressure job and. Simon signed up with TransformU Online Coaching with the goal of getting leaner, building muscle, and improving body composition for his stag do and wedding. Simon was able to achieve this very impressive transformation by following a flexible nutrition plan, weight training 3 to 4 times per week, spinning classes 1 to 2 times per week, and with a high step count target. Simon was still able to enjoy the foods he wanted including multiple heavy drinking sessions and restaurant meals out where with the appropriate planning he was still able to make excellent progress due to his adherence to the weekly targets, consistency over time, and commitment to obtaining his goals. TransformU Online Coaching provided a bespoke training and nutrition plan specific to Simon with iterations throughout the 16-weeks based on his feedback. In the final 3-weeks of the transformation it was about getting back up to maintenance level of calories whilst holding onto his level of leanness (lowered body fat) ready for his big wedding day. With weekly video feedback and ongoing support Simon was held accountable which assisted him with the motivation to achieve the results he wanted and that he knew he was capable of accomplishing. We’re amazed by the results achieved in a relatively short time frame and it is testament to Simon’s hard work, consistency, and commitment to the programme. 👇From average Joe - Marvel figure, step by step.. 1 - Identify your body type 🧍 The are 3 types , ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph. 2 - Depending on your body type your training plan, nutrition goals and habits will be customised around that. For example, I am ectomorph which mean I’m skinny and I struggle to gain muscle, I lose weight really fast and I have genetically weak skinny joints. 3 - Nutrition to build muscle fast you need to eat 1.2 to 1.6grams per kilogram of body weight. So when I started training initially I was eating way less hence I wasn’t builder muscle the way I wanted compared to now that I’m hitting my protein goal. The moment I cut down on the booze my body changed completely. 4 - Training not just to fit right in T shirts but like an athlete. I stopped training every bicep and skipping leg days. I started training all the major body parts and not just focusing on the visible aesthetics body parts. 5 - Prioritise quality sleep for your muscle to grow and stay consistent. My fitness Journey📈💪🏽 26 May 2020: Age 15, the day I started my fitness journey, what you can see is I’m fairly lean, six pack visible but not that defined and a flat chest but a good structure to it. From this day till the 6 of May 2021 I did 100 pushups, 200 sit-ups and 50 pull ups a day religiously. 28 September 2020: Age 15, you can see my chest has more structure to it and is getting more full and my abs are even more defined, some shoulder development in 16weeks. 6 May 2021: Age 16, firstly we can see I grew a lot so my torso got longer, my body’s muscular size is fairly similar to the previous photo and a slight increase in the size of my chest . 14 July 2021: Age 16, the day I started Gym starting an Upper/Lower split (training 4 times a week and also playing football regularly). 16th August 2021: Age 16, started properly grinding in the gym and started my lean bulk eating approx: 2,700 calories a day. 20th November 2021: Age 16, my chest is very full and has good shape, arms have a decent amount of progress but didn’t really train arms due to football cause I didn’t wanna to get to bulky and at this stage I thought this body was great for football and I was just gonna maintain it. 1st July 2023: this years summer physique onto the next👀🌞. 𝟏𝟐-𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 $𝐡𝐢𝐭 It is somewhat frustrating when I am asked to deliver a quick-fix programme. I don’t see the point in working with a client for such a short period of time. Most of the clients I started with as a PT are still with me now, and that’s because they understand that results take time. Quick and dirty results come at the expense of extreme dieting and overtraining, which will only take you so far. When a prospective client wants results within 12-weeks, it is my responsibility to educate them on why this isn’t the best approach. Your nutrition will have a wayyy bigger impact on your body/physique than any gym programme will. I’ll bet my purple shampoo on it. Inconsistency. Adherence...I think of consistent hard-work. Prioritisation I see this a lot when working with clients. They fall into the trap of thinking the gym alone will get them the results they want. When in fact their lifestyle, nutrition, R&R may be holding them back the most. Commitment issues through fear of failing Training is all over the place 🤨 Ok we don’t need to separate out every individual muscle group in a programme.
