Day 3: Half Splits Ardha Hanumanasana I always practice half splits but really when i added the half SIDE splits- was when i felt my splits go deeper. As it opens the groin area much like the feel for skanda, entering front splits becomes less intimidating. And when i feel like I’m tight and stiff, i add range of movements that go sideways or circular and it almost always does the trick 🙏 #AloSplitsInSpring May 14-21 POSE LINE UP:⠀ 1. Day 2 #AloSplitsinSpring Low lunge - Anjaneyasana This pose offers a myriad of benefits, including improved flexibility as it stretches the hip flexors, quadriceps, and hamstrings. Additionally, it strengthens muscles in the legs, core, and lower back, promoting stability and balance🌿 The pose is also great for beginners, you don’t need to lean back, that’s just my personal favourite variation of the pose. Start from a standing position, step one foot back, lowering the knee to the ground, while keeping the front knee aligned with the ankle. You guys know Front Splits are really my jam and I’m just so excited to be rolling out this course to help those who’re wanting to dive deeper, but are also tired of trying 234985798 drills and stretches and aren’t seeing results. Doing the front splits isn’t complicated, but when you’re going at it on your own, it can be tough wading through the copious amounts of information figuring out what’s relevant to you and not. I’m really here to simplify your experience and get you the gains. Will it be easy. Fuck no…. It’s hard work, no denying that, but this is also largely why people like us take these things on.
